This is the worst fast food place in McHenry… They never have chicken cooked!!! How is a fast food chicken restaurant out of CHICKEN!!! So close if your not going to make any more chicken for the night and this isn’t the first time this happened!

So instead of fixing all the problems that people have complained about already, the owner decided to post her phone number in the drive through window for people to call her and let her know if anything’s wrong! The food is cooked wrong. It’s not made right. Or the chicken you get just doesn’t have a lot of meat on the bone. Those little chicken popper things are just breading. And everything tastes old. Everything is also inconsistent. There is also only one lady that works here that I trust with my food. She’s usually there during lunchtime during the week. I think… Everyone else that works here is ignorant it seems. Ms. Owner whoever you are, you just need quality employees and better chicken. That’s it! Otherwise I love KFC. But can’t come here because of how bad the quality. No offense, just wish it would change.

One of the worst experiences in fast food I’ve ever had! Chicken was so old and dry! It was definitely cooked HOURS before being served! Will never set foot in there again!
