They are super nice and professional when they are selling you tires.
BUT DON’T think they will help with a nail in your tire. Then they don’t even want to give you the time of day, let alone, an appointment to get it fixed.
THEY ARE TOO BUSY FOR THAT PART OF THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Firestone completely lost my business.
Tho, from the looks of the previous review, I can tell that it was a mistake to get tires from them to begin with!
