I have got to say, I have never met a man who knew more about bedding than Frank at Sleepy’s in McHenry. He helped us find the absolute PERFECT mattress and gave us a good price. I will be happy to recommend Frank at Sleepy’s to anybody looking for a bed.

My husband and I really needed a new mattress and we planned to make at least 3 stops along Richmond Road to compare prices. Our first stop was Sleepy’s. The store itself was nice with lots of floor models to test and we were helped right away by Frank. I was hesitant about how the mattress shopping experience would go, but Frank made it so easy. He explained everything very well and answered all our questions to help narrow down what we were wanting at the same time keeping within our budget. Despite our wanting to check the other competition we felt Frank worked hard for our business and found a mattress that worked for us both that was comfortably priced. Thank you so much for all your help Frank we will be back for our King size in a couple years!

Frank was a pleasure to deal with. Showed us several mattresses, was very knowledgeable and worked with us on price. BTW he was the only one working on Labor Day, so when other customers came in he was sure to greet them and make sure they got the attention they deserved. Process was smooth and quick, I feel like we got a great deal. Make sure to ask for Frank when the time comes to buy a new mattress.

I got a great deal on a mattress at the President’s day sale. However I had to wait almost an hour to be helped. There was only one sales person working. Frank was awesome but management needs to realize only one person working, especially during a holiday sale isn’t practical.
I went to pick of my mattress today and poor Frank was the only one working again. And on a busy Saturday. I once again had to wait for about twenty minutes just to pick up my mattress.
I would highly suggest more than one person working per shift.

We visited quite a few mattress stores before deciding to go with Sleepy’s. They seemed to have the best price and we even got a free frame, comforter, duvet cover and bed sheets with our purchase. What really sold us to Sleepy’s though was the fantastic customer service that we received from Greg at the McHenry store. He was very friendly, very informative, and not pushy at all. He even gave us a nice deal on new memory foam pillows and mattress protector. I would highly recommend Sleepy’s, other mattress stores might be ‘cheaper’ but you really don’t get the customer service through them like you would at Sleepy’s. Thanks Greg!
