Great family owned business, sales staff is very knowledgable. Set a 10 am appointment and they were on time to the minute. I would recommend Mchenry piers to all my friends.

These people are seriously out of their minds. They cannot «schedule» an appoinment yet call you mid morning the day they want to come. (???) Hi! I work so that I can pay for toys for you to move/​install. Then after a month of not being able to do it– they flat out tell me they don’t want the job? Won’t bring my lift out to my lawn at the end of the season? Seriously?
Called another company, have an appointment for next week and will never call this place again for ANYTHING!!! useless.
Must be nice to not want money people are trying to pay you.

Investigated a lot of docks, decided to go with McHenry Piers. Price was good but what really made them stand out was their service. Because of health issues I postponed the purchase by nine months but they still honored the original quote. They said they’d be there at 9 am on a Saturday… they arrived at 8:58. They said it would take one-​to-​two hours to install… they finished at 10:30. And they happily removed my old dock and the various decking material on top of it. Everyone was friendly and polite and the new dock looks great and is solid to stand/​walk on.
