Tasha and Mike always go out of their way to ensure that we have the best service. I have rented there twice in the last 6 months.
Doors work, and mostly smooth. Wide rows for easy turnaround and access to the door. Clean facility, never see trash or debris and they keep rodents minimized too.

Do not use these crooks! They sold our unit in late August 2015 and we were making payments on it. They didn’t call me at all to say they are going to sell everything. Then when we tried to find out who bought it we were told that they can’t give out that information, which is untrue because it is public record but they said they would pass our information on to the person who bought it. I then called Corp and was told that they use a online auction company and that they would not know who bought it so they wouldn’t have that information, then how were they going to pass it on? So who is lying because someone has to be. This was not just extra stuff we needed stored, this was EVERYTHING we owned and some stuff can never be replaced. So if you value your stuff and want to keep it PLEASE don’t use them. If you do and they say they will work with you get it in WRITING.

And on top of that I got a letter on the 5th, dated the 29th, saying the rate went up. Coincidentally not received until they took the funds from the autopayment method with no prorated refund.
