I have to say that the pharmacy team here is off the chains quick. I went to an urgent care only 15 minutes prior. From the moment they sent in my prescription to the time it took me to get over there in less then 10 minutes, my prescription was already waiting for me… insane fast compared to the one in Richardson off Campbell.

My prescription was filled at the wrong CVS pharmacy, and I was told that it was waiting at this CVS pharmacy. By the time I made it there it was 8:55 pm and their posted
hours said they closed at nine. They already had the window closed and although there were employees staring at me and I pointed to my watch, they wouldn’t open the window. The CVS pharmacy at 2100 W. Eldorado Parkway has much better customer service and an overall better experience. I can’t stand this location… ((Sigh))

I am in this CVS all the time. Sometimes the lines are long, but they always call someone up to help. I have had nothing but friendly service. The pharmacy is especially good. All of the people who work back there are helpful and kind.

Lines were very long. Cashier kept calling for help over the intercom but no one came. Cashier was not friendly maybe because he was stressed.

Our Doctor called this pharmacy and left messages many times to have my husband’s daily prescription filled. After going through a holiday weekend in pain, I had our Doctor call the Market Street Pharmacy across the street. Not only did they have the message, but filled it within minutes for me. I won’t be going back to this CVS Pharmacy.

No stars at all… management has a problem of staffing because there was only one person taking care of more than 7 customers in the line on a friday at 6 pm… NO WAY!

It’s a cvs located next to Market Street with a Redbox around the corner.
Now that alone would be 4 stars but I have to take –1 BC of these reasons:
Service: there was this old lady helping me who I believe was getting up there in years and was checking me out at the cashier. I asked for a book of stamps and she asked me back if I knew where they were. Um, no. lol. And when the receipt came, she just handed me this 2 ft receipt w/​o folding it up for me.
I don’t mind old ladies working, but not as a cashier where there are thousands of buttons they must remember.
Redbox: idk why it took forever to return my redbox movies. People love to take their time at that dang machine.

No complaints here. I’ve had several prescriptions filled and purchased many a late night packs of twizzlers and 20oz of Mountain Dew. The store has a standard CVS selection and the staff is friendly enough. Some are nicer than others but no one has been rude to me. The pharmacy staff members are also nice — same deal there… the level of friendliness varies. My prescriptions have always been correct; I ask for generic versions of any super expensive prescriptions I have to fill (they don’t volunteer alternatives — you have to ask). Normally it doesn’t take long at all and I’m off. I’ll return.

Do not get your prescription filled here! I’ve Ben three times now and had the same lady help me. I’ve waited well over two hours for medicine. When your in pain you don’t want to wait 5 min. The lady has always Ben rude to me. She asked me to circle the parking lot then come back to get the prescription. This is after waiting 2 hours. I said ok then when I circled there were two cars ahead of me. I go here because it’s close to my home. I guess ill be making the trip to frisco from no on.
She also made me come in once to purchase something. Once I came in the other girl told me I could’ve gotten my items through the pharmacy window.
Not a happy camper.

I have never picked up a prescription on time at this location. This pharmacy is extremely unorganized and customer service is always a disappointment.

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever had the misfortune to have to work with. My mother just move into the area and we have been trying for 2 weeks to transfer her out-​of-​state prescriptions and they have done nothing to make this as easy as it should be. We have been on the phone with them, came by when everything was filled only to get home and find something missing.
No apologies. They do not accept responsibility for their incompetence. It has just been a nightmare but we have other choices and do not have to deal with them again.
See ya, CVS — we can and are moving to another pharmacy !!!
