I really loved the Patty Melt. Fresh beef makes it taste so much better than other places. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly all at a competitive price. I’d eat this stuff every day if could.

Food is good. Sweet potato fries and ranch dressing is great. The employees are always so nice. They ha e a great meeting room for informal get together. I wouldn’t book it for a business meeting, as there is no door. But for a small scout get together or a small bday party, or team party, its a great location! The food does take a while to get to you-​which is why I didn’t give that extra star. To be fair, it is cooked fresh, so when there is a rush of people it simply takes a bit to cook that much food fresh.

Here’s the deal. Good burger joint. Yes other locations are managed better, but it’s still a solid burger. The employees are nice and work hard. They are just under staffed. Pictured is the turkey burger and fresh cut fries with cajun seasoning.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews for this location, I’ve been pleased with their Chili, Onion Rings and Burgers AND the help has been extremely accomodating and pleasant.

Is it the best burger in the area? No way, but it sure beats fast food. We came in for lunch after church on Sunday, and we quickly made our orders. The food came out a bit slower than I expected, considering we didn’t order anything crazy. They also forgot my avocado, but she quickly took the burger back and added it immediately. The fries were decent, and the patty tasted good. I would probably get a double next time since the single left me wanting more. The patty itself was also significantly smaller than the bun, which made me sad :(
I want to try the jacked up fries with toppings next time for a true guiltfree experience

Ugh. Not a very clean place and in state of disrepair. Nothing but teenagers working. French fries and tator tots way overcooked. Burger was so so, but had odd taste. Very loud place with only tables and no booths. Lots of glass windows made it loud, too bright and uncomfortable. I just really enjoyed nothing about the place. $ 28 for three people, Culver’s is way better for way less.

I’ve been to this location a good number of times and I’d have to say that they seem consistent with mostly everything. Because the burgers are made fresh and never frozen, it does take some time for them to cook. If you are in a rush, then I hear that McDonalds is just around the corner.
All and all, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good burger.

I had fried pickles, and ½ burger with fries. I took 2 bites of the burger and couldn’t finish it. It was horrible! Everything had an odd taste to it. 5 hours later I’m still tasting it.

I don’t eat alot of burgers but when I do, I like to go JC’s I am probably hooked because of the sweet potato fries. Food is very good. The service is not especially fast and I am not a fan of ala carte menus but we still probably get here once a month. Definitely worth a visit (especially if you like sweet potato fries).

This was my third try at this location. I have had JC’s burgers for years. I lived in Plano and loved there burgers at the a Plano location. Not sure what happened in McKinney but the dried out burger and incorrect order again has finally put a end to the JC burgers for me.
This location needs some management to get control of the food and the phone order to go process.

Came in for the first time. The burgers were pretty good. Buns were fresh. Lots of toppings to choose from. Despite all the bad reviews on service, we had no issues. Clean place to eat and child friendly.

They burgers are fair. Greasy so careful with the mayo! The biggest part is be prepared to wait and wait and then wait some more to get a burger that is made incorrectly! We have dined here a few times and every time there is an extended wait. During our last visit we waited 40 minutes just to get the burger wrong! People want a good burger in this area, but we don’t want to wait that long for it.

Stopped here on a whim just to give it a shot. Burgers are fresh, pricey for the size, jalapeño cheese fries are cold. Not worth the twenty minute wait at all. The dining room is semi clean, and the staff was nice even to the point of bringing our food to the table.

I’m sad it moved from its previous place, but I think this location is larger. I ordered a 4 ounce cheeseburger that was cooked to perfection. It came with crisp lettuce, zesty pickles, and cheddar cheese. it melted in my mouth. The hubby ordered the fried chicken sandwich and said it was very flavorful. We split an order of chili cheese fries that we devoured. It was a great lunch. We will be back.

Service: slow, and prone to mistakes
Food: greasy, not altogether what you would consider a good burger. Their cheese fries are not bad, but that’s about the only good thing.
Environment: nothing to write home about
Save your money. Either make burgers at home, or stop by your local Wendy’s to get better food and service

This place made me wait 20 minutes for a 5 dollar burger and the cheese was not even melted on the burger and the inside of the meat was cold
