Same story different book cover. Out of everything all the time and/​or they just outright refuse to serve you something on their menu. «We’re not serving strawberry cream pies right now.» Me: Why not? «Because we are not.» Really?! Insert obscenity.

This is the worst McDonalds in Mckinney by far. I live about a mile away, but will drive 10 – 15 minutes to the one on Custer if I want McDonald’s. Slow drive though service, employees are rude and have literally no customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and don’t go to this location.

Worst service ever. Been there twice in the past week and both times sat in the drive thru over 25 minutes. This time nobody even took our order. We pulled up to the window and they looked at us and laughed. Nice

haven’t been to this McDonald’s in a while looks like a whole bunch of new employees, customer service has dropped dramatically no sense of urgency for example I asked for hot mustard sauce the manager didn’t care and just put whatever he found I pointed it out to him and said its not hot mustard and his response was oh yeah let me go in the back and get some more we were out of it up front. And I’m thinking this is a manager he should be paying attention to detail and taking care of the customer to the fullest. In the lobby the tables are not wiped down seats were stained bathrooms are dirty just a total lack of customer service no sense of urgency to reiterate that. Not sure what happened to previous management but they were doing a better job. Will probably go there one more time hopefully by then this has been read and issues have been taken care of if not will write another review.

After several months of not stopping by here due to them never getting my order correct my wife decided to go get us some egg mc muffins and this location is right up the street. I asked her to order it exactly as it says on the menu, allthough this has never worked for me. «1 Sausage McMuffin with egg and 1 egg mcmuffin»…simple. But these 2 items they have not ever been able to deliver with accuracy. 6 years I have been living here, I have probably visited this location a couple dozen times. I just don’t see why every other damn McDonald’s seem to get the order right but this location seems to have a handicap with this. It’s my fault for being too lazy to go 5 more miles down the street, I guess I’m just well wishing. Also, why must the drive thru people here be drones, not a shred of personality, good luck even getting a «hello» or «thank you». One would think with this place being in such a nice location service would be alot better. I suppose location doesn’t really matter. I just don’t get it, why is this location like this? My only logical conclusion is that they are located in some kind of vortex or Twilight Zone sht.

Such a rude location… I always end up going to a different one because this location always messes up. it’s like they order whatever they want and not what you actually order. SERIOUSLY?! And the drive thru people obviously hate their lives because they always seem so depressed. Last time I come here to order food for my kids.

Very nice staff. Food was fast and fresh.

This place sucks. Fast food drive through should not take 30 min to get. Then they trap you in the drive through so you have to wait on them to take their time.

Horrible service. The drive through line was ridiculously long so my daughter went inside to order. She waited 25 minutes for her order before I demanded to see a manager, get a refund and leave without either food or drink. Went to Starbucks across the street and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. last week I waited in the drive through at 8:00pm for 25 min. I’m now here in the morning at 7:20 am and I have been in the drive through 23 min and have only got to the first window. Worst service I have ever seen. If your looking for fast food, don’t come to this McDonald’s. Your better off driving to the next one.

After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru I still had enough time to download Unilocal,create an account, and then write this review before I got to the front of the line at this place. And there was only 2 cars ahead of me… slowest service i’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant i’ve been to.

This is my least favorite McDonalds location in my area. The restaurant is always freezing so I hate going in but the drive through is crazy slow. My kids like the play area but it’s so cold I can’t stand to sit there for very long.

WORST McDonald’s ever. Not only do they take forever just to take my order when I use the drive-​thru BUT the man who gave me my food did not say thank you or anything. Would a smile kill you??? I asked for extra BBQ sauce and his response was «there is one in the bag». Yes I know there is one in the bag but I have 20 nuggets and I want an extra sauce. Then after I said thank you he turned away and closed the window. As I drive off I notice the parking lot is full of trash due to the fact that the trash can has over flowed and is now all over the ground. This is not what McDonald’s is known for. They are big on customer service and speedy service. Neither of which I received today. I rather drive 15 mins across town then to go down the street to this place!

I can’t believe I’ve reduced myself to writing a review for a McDonald’s, but hey … I can’t think of any restaurant in any location that sucks worse than this location. Where do I start? The food always tastes like it’s been pre-​cooked, the fries are usually cold, and when you ask for them fresh … They obviously throw them back in the grease for a minute. My order is wrong ¾ times, the cheeseburgers are always inedibly gross. It’s this location. I can’t figure out why people can’t make food to order, buy they most definitely do not. So, if you want a cheeseburger and fries that have been sitting under a lamp for 30 minutes, come here. Oh and check your order fully before you leave or you will come home with a big piece of your order missing. There are several locations that rock in McKinney, some within 5 miles. I say go to one of those.

If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I sure would. Horrible service but it was on my way home from kids activities so I tried but now I’m done. I’ll have to say I have NEVER gotten a correct order in the drive thru. What stinks is most time I didn’t realize it until I got home. Oh & when you try to call to report it, no one ever answers. The worst was last winter during a storm & I was told to pull up and «wait». Since it was sleeting & I’d already waited over 20 min I preferred not to go in but I did. Guess what NO order ready. Seriously?! They were fully staffed & hardly anyone inside. The staff was very apologetic but the manager seemed clueless. I felt bad & told her the weather was getting too icy for her to send employees across the parking lot carrying food. Of course I had to reorder since my order was «lost»…

Most annoying McDonald’s ever! They almost never get your order right. They will never apologize for it. Most often your treated as being annoying (this includes management). Lines always long due to being inefficient! I hate that this isn’t local mcdonalds. They did recently do some remodeling and the playground is much better. Now all you need is to remodel your staff!

I drive through this McDonalds for drinks several times a week. It is a very typical McDonalds. The staff is friendly. My order is always correct but I’m not asking for anything that requires special handling. The play place is indoors which is nice during extreme weather. I have a two year old that really enjoys it.

I personally do not eat at McDonalds, but every once in a while my boys win and get to eat there. On this occasion I stopped by there for ice cream cones. It was a great deal 2 ice cream cones for $ 1. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and fast.

They always seem to mess up my order in some way or are very slow at preparing food. They don’t have half of the stuff even somewhat ready until you order it. Plus late weekend nights should be avoided here. The place gets over run by rude high schoolers.

This is a typical McDonald’s. It is usually clean and has a huge playground for the kids.
The weird thing is that the drive-​thru is designed with a major flaw. When you are in line all the cars that are parked are blocked in!
