The only reason this place got one star is because that is the only way I could post my review… worst location ever, do not go here!

I pickup a 16-​piece chicken dinner original, from KFC over half of the chicken was undercooked and soggy at the bottom of the bucket and I had a few pieces of chickens that was old and tough. I try to contact KFC on Eldorado and harden in McKinney Texas 75 070 they didn’t answer my phone call nor did I give me my receipt when I pay with a credit card so I have to return the chicken back to the store which is very inconvenient for me.

Literally, the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our order, when we got it, one item wrong and two items were missing my all together. My sister had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her missing food. We watched as at least three other customers had issues with their orders while we were there. Get your act together!

I have been to this KFC several times and tonight was especially bad. The chicken tenders were cold and tough. Since that is what they are known for you would think they could get it right. The place itself is very run down and dirty. The one one 380 is much nicer but next time I want fried chicken I will just go to Chick-​Fil-​A.

If it weren’t for the fact that you cannot come to this location anywhere near rush hour if you have to go back East on Eldorado, it would be a 4-​star. Consistently good customer service and fresh, well stocked product. What else can you ask for (well maybe for KFC prices to not suck so bad)?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t spend your earned cash here — ALWAYS out of something. Rude. Piss poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. This franchise owner should be smacked in the face. Horrible.
Hopefully a different franchise owner will open another location in West McKinney. Total waste of a cheat meal.
Ridiculousness.

Actually, the place is a combination Taco Bell (Hell) and Kentucky Fried Chicken. You have the combination of both in one sitting. It is right by the tire store. If you go by Firestone, you gone too far.
I think the last time I was here, I had something that had something to do with shrimp. It was a selection from the Taco Bell part. The other side of the menu, the choice is between fried and more fried. There is a drive through here too. I don’t want to forget to mention this.
The place is typical fast food. Henceforth, I guess you are not going to get real service and the food is probably mass produced. I am not sure if they had calorie charts or not.

KFC is a great place to eat at on the run. However, NOT at this location. My family and I dropped by this evening for a quick bite after football practice and received the worst treatment ever. My husband orders a breast and wing combo meal, upon receiving his meal… it looks as if the «so called» breast was a meatless thigh. He goes to the counter and tells the worker that he’d like to have an actual breast with meat. She swears it’s a breast, and walks to the back starts talking loudly saying that the customer is complaining about «the breast». She comes back and gives my husband a large piece of chicken breast which is obvious that it had been sitting around for days if that. Just looked plain disgusting. Needless to say my husband did not eat it. So I asked my son to get the manager and ask him that we’d like to talk to him. When my son goes to the counter and flags down the manager Rob; he says «What do you want? I’m busy». turns around and walks away from him. How dare a Manager say such a thing? My husband walks on over and asks to speak to the manager, and Rob comes up again… and says «WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT?!» Yes he said with attitude, and totally disrespectful. My husband returned the untouched piece of nasty meat, and asked that he refund the amount of the chicken. Of which he received a whole $ 2, but the experience completely ruined the evening. KFC has good food, I will eat there again… just NOT at this location.
