5 Stars because this place has never failed us. I have tried a handful of sandwich’s from the list but I always come back to my favorite, The Engineer. Today I had The New York Steamer, fully involved (that means with all toppings). My daughters each had their favorite, The Italian. We love the food, staff is always super friendly, and we never wait more than 5 mins for our freshly made order. My girls enjoy making the cherry limeades too. They don’t push the sauces you will see loaded on the counter top but if you’d like a little spice, try the habanero or chipotle on one of your sandwich halves. I’m so glad I did at the advice of one of the employees. We will be back! Again, and again, and again…

Michelle runs this place like a top. Nice when you walk in and someone remembers your name or has a real conversation with you. Great service. Great subs.

We have never been to Firehouse subs but went on our daughters recommendation. Well she was right! The subs were great and the staff was too. Very friendly and helpful when I told them this was our first time in. Great selection and what an amazing assortment of hot sauces that are numbered from 1 to 10 for the heat scale. We will definitely be going back.

If you’ve ever eaten a Firehouse, you know they are spectacular already. What really makes a difference is the staff. I came here one day and the owner was working behind the counter. She was so nice and you could tell the staff liked and respected her. When she isn’t here, you still get the same great service. Good food, good establishment!

Corned beef, pastrami & provolone great but bread not as good as Subway. Like that they have calorie count on sandwiches. Definitely going back.

Decided to come here for lunch with my two boys today, and had a great time! The sandwiches were great, and the service was on another level for a sandwich shop. The manager took time to clean our table, give my kids fire helmets and even a game to entertain them. They also had the football game on the tvs. This was an overall very pleasant experience!

I have been hearing about firehouse subs for awhile and there is one right by my work. I got a foot long turkey bacon ranch. It was by far the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had the bread was toasted just right. Not to crispy just right. the meat and cheese were melted perfectly and a very good portion of meat. With every bite I had a delicious mixture of meat and cheese and sauce. I am definitely going to be back.

My son has been telling me about firehouse subs for a while now.
Finally visited and was not disappointed !! The staff were extremely helpful and the sub was out of this world. I would not have tried the sauces because I thought they would be to hot but, they suggested the right sauce to match my sub which kicked it up a notch without burning my mouth.
Will visit again!

This is a great alternative to the standard burger lunch. Nice, clean dining area and a friendly greeting started the experience. There were a lot of sandwich options and four kid meals to chose from. Good for even my most discriminating kid. Food was hot, fresh and we even had an employee come to the table to make sure we were happy.

Wow, great customer service and friendly employees. When you walk in you get what I like to call the «Cheers treatment». Every employee welcomes you! I haven’t been to a Firehouse Sub for a couple of years so I was so excited that they opened one so close to where I do most of my grocery shopping. I ordered the meatball sub and it was great. Were they homemade meatballs slathered in homemade tomato sauce? No, but it was good for a chain restaurant. The dining area was very clean and an employee was bussing tables the whole time we were eating.

Their bread alone is worth the higher price (compared to Subway)! Deli sliced meats, the crazy awesome drink machine, and a great chip selection make this our favorite sandwich place anywhere. Every location we’ve visited, from Plano to Frisco to Denver is consistently good, the service is friendly, and the vibe is on point for the whole «fireman» theme. Tonight we happily donated to the fundraiser for area first responders (what’s a quarter after dropping almost $ 20 for dinner?). Regardless of the horrendous traffic due to highway construction on 75, we will be visiting this location frequently and hope word spreads that this great chain has hit our neighborhood!

Very nice staff. Everyone greets you when you walk in. This was my first time eating at a firehouse subs. I thought the ham was to sweet. Next time I will try something different.
