Wendy’s

Customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. Food was good and made quickly. I recommend this Wendy’s.

I am unable to leave 0 stars. I have lived in this area for 2 years and before having to deal with this joke of a management staff wendys was by far my favorite place to eat. Now I loathe when I get a craving because my food will be wrong, cold, or I will get a very unprofessional attendant. I cannot stress how mich I hate this location.

Gave it one more shot while on lunch… epic fail. The meat has an awful taste and almost powder like texture. Ughhhhh

Dropped by after a long 12 hour day at work to get something to hold me over till dinner was ready.
Ordered a Jr. Cheese Burger. The thing was cold, the patty had very little flavor to it. I was lucky and had a single salt and pepper left over from a Whataburger visit. Used those on the patty and it made the flavors pop out. It tasted like Dog Chow!
I will never eat at Wendy’s again!

Update: I have been there a few more time since first writing this review. They really seem to have made an effort to be more accommodating to their customers.
Hit or miss with this location. I’ve had some great service and had some really terrible service (like today). Food is consistent Wendy’s food, but the girl who took my order today was tired and made sure everyone knew it. I had to remind her that I ordered a medium drink instead of a small and she just plunked my drink down as if she was very annoyed (which she obviously was). I know that good help is hard to find, but this place seems to epitomize that saying. This location is very close to me, but sometimes I will drive to another location just to get better service and less hassle. Make sure you have the correct order when you use the drive through, it can be hit or miss as well.

Fries are hot and great quality. Service is consistently professional.
does an excellent job of coordinating staff to deliver hot food fast – both at the pick up window and in the dining room! Dining room is clean every time I go there. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the manager knows me by name. Restroom is clean. Most establishments don’t achieve A+ on so much. I live close buy, so go there often. I am very pleased with this Wendy’s. The quality of food is much better than the usual experience at most McDonald’s, where they seem to have folks tripping over each other, yet still aren’t coordinated well by management. I’ll take My Wendy’s anyday. This is a good location.

This was my first time going inside. I was less than impressed. I couldn’t understand the young man at the register even after asking him to repeat the total. No one, including him, even acknowledged that there were people coming in the door.
The bathrooms are falling apart (tiles coming off in several areas) and not very clean (floors specifically).
I’ve not had much of a problem with drive thru in the past but after going inside, I’m not too sure I’ll be back to this one.

Burger was great, but the customer service here is the worst. The staff, although very friendly, is very unorganized and on several occasions forgot my drink. Initially, I thought this was a one time deal, but something happens every time I drive through, which is rare. I hope this place improves one day.

If I could give it no stars I would. I have been here twice in two months hoping the first experience was just an off day. Staff is unprofessional and food quality is terrible. Fries are cold and chicken sandwich looks like it has been reheated three days in a row.
I don’t recommend this location. As far as the dining area it seems clean but the kitchen area is filthy from what I can see when standing to order. Looks like management has not taken the time to check up on the staff.

This is my 2^nd favorite fast-​food hamburger place in McKinney! It is refreshingly cool. The bathrooms are clean and well-​stocked. My server was very courteous. The drink and condiment areas were neat. The restaurant was clean and bright. The food was hot and tasty. No complaints! Keep up the good work!

Always dirty. At least 2 – 3 flies in the dining/​counter area (doesn’t help to see a purple bug zapper light hanging on the wall in the kitchen). They are going through wall covering renovation and the floors were covered with dirt/​dust residue (on a Saturday when no construction was going on). Dining room music was from a 16 year old rap contest. If they take so little effort to keep their customer area clean & appealing, who knows what level of effort (or lack thereof) they take in the kitchen with my food. No chance of visiting this Wendy’s again until they clean up their act.
