Came in at 3.30PM… A woman waited on us, there was another employee in the back working. We got our food fast, were friendly and did a good job except she barely put any sauce on my sandwich. The ingredients tasted fresh and good. Recommend coming here after 3PM to get their 2 for $ 10 footlong deals.

Dang! I think they need a new owner who will actually train and manage the employees. I don’t have time to babysit these children running this restaurant.

Disorganized and dirty with untrained employees, is how I would describe this location. I prefer other locations, but when I’m busy and need a quick lunch run, I go here. Most of the time, I deal with the poor customer service and unorganized order taking, but today, I had it. I came in for their much advertised ‘Flatizza’. The employee couldn’t find the flatbread. When asked, he was told by another employee that the manager didn’t make any flatbread today. He then turned to me and said, «sorry, the flatizza isn’t available today». Sorry, what?!? Ugh. On top of it, I witnessed the lady in front of me get a dirty salad bowl and her order messed up three times! This location is hopeless. How do you run a business this way?!? I have never seen such poor management at a business.

I have been to this subway many times. Nothing great to report. Nothing bad untill today. I sent my wife to get lunch from there with a hand written order because she has a studdering issue. The guy that served her was very rude to her from the start. They were not busy and the order was only for 2 sandwiches but from the time she started the order he was very rude. Comments that should never be said when you are working customer service. I will be going up there to speak with a manager after work. I am truly apauled that a subway employee would speak to my wife in a way that almost had her in tears.
