Exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. We were in search of a new mattress, and didn’t realize the store was closing in less than 30 minutes as we walked in. We were greeted by Carmelo Garcia and he assisted us with any and every question we might have had, he really knows what he is talking about when it comes to the make, materials and different models of the mattresses. Carmelo really genuinely cared for our needs in looking for a mattress. He was friendly and very nice. He never rushed us nor did we feel rushed, he helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We could not have had a better mattress buying experience. Carmelo is the sales associate a customer never forgets. He definitely will be our go to guy when we need to purchase another mattress. I was in search of a mattress for my daughter. Upon, walking in, I was greeted immediately. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for, but Keith was very knowledgeable and had me test out many different options in both high and low price ranges. Looking for a decent mattress is always time consuming, but Keith was able to narrow my options down based on what I didn’t like. This is one of their clearance stores, so I ended up getting a great deal on two top of the line mattresses instead of one as well as a few of their other products! Whether you call in or go in-store, ask for Keith! He is not your average sales associate!

My first visit here was awesome, I met Roderick and he was extrmely helpful with finding the right bed for me and my friend. We were having back issues and he laid us down and personally fit us for the right feel. I had no idea it was that detailed but it worked. We ended up getting a the bed that same night. Their delivery guys were amazing and they took the old bed and donated it. They can have my business any and every day!

I purchased three items from this store and paid for a noon to 3pm delivery. 6pm has come and gone, no one can give me any answers, and my items have yet to arrive. To make things worse we contacted their corporate office and they had no help to offer. Come to find out Mattress Firm contracts out their deliveries, and the company could not find out who had my items or where they might be. My one, only, and last time to ever deal with Mattress Firm. I hope you think twice before doing business with them.
