The first two times I went there I loved it! The last time I went I got NexGen Nails which are supposed to last 3 weeks. Half of the nails are broken or not on my nail anymore and it has only been a week. I don’t recommend getting NexGen Nails from them.

I feel compelled to write a review because I have given this place a couple of chances and the last one was yesterday. The first time I ever tried them I was pleased with my pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised with the hot rocks and towels that came standard with the pedicure that most places charge for. The 2nd time I had the same issue with the conflicting times someone else posted about. Went to get a pedi with enough time before closing based on the sign on the door but when I entered I was rudely told they were closed and as I left they locked the door and turned the sign around giving as an explanation only their need to change the sign Re: the time on the door. I stopped going for a while then decided due to proximity to give it another shot. I was kept waiting for almost a half hour with my feet soaking before someone started on me. The owner gave a discount but I was still perplexed. Then yesterday I remembered I’d found a coupon for them and took it with me. I read all the terms and it was for a spa pedi usually $ 25 but discounted to $ 21.95. I like a little savings so I took it with me. I went, asked for the spa pedi, got the standard with hot rocks. I went to pay, presented the coupon and was told I couldn’t use the coupon because had they known I had one, I wouldn’t have gotten the rock treatment. I didn’t argue but felt this to be highly deceptive. I asked for what was advertised on the coupon. It shouldn’t matter when the coupon was presented. Coupons are presented at payment, no? As with most things, it’s the principle of the matter. I don’t like feeling deceived. Deliver on your promises. These are the sorts of things that cost small businesses customers. Michelle just lost another.

Ask for Nina… she is awesome! Prices are reasonable. Adorable chairs for kids! They forget to offer you a drink so dont be shy to ask them. If I could change one thing about my visits it is that they only have 4 people who work there so I can see where on busy days they could be a bit slow.

I have been going here for sometime now. Love the care and attention they give my nails. It’s a family own business and they treat you like family too. Prices are very reasonable. Currrently I am living in Downtown Dallas, call me loyal but I drive all the way back up to McKinney passing many places to see them. They are conscientious not pretenious and if you have a young child they have the cutest little pedicure chairs for them. Outstanding work!

Bad service! They don’t have enough staff and they just turn on the water for you and let you sit there. I waited for an hour then she took someone over me because they had appointment and left me half way done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and Won’t be coming back! No wonder they have coupons for this place!

Nothing fancy like the big chains but good quality service. Our first time here and they gave me so many discounts that I’m shocked at how low my out the door price was. As an example acrylic nails were filled for $ 17 plus she gave my daughter a 10% student discount. Real friendly. They treat you like a customer and provide excellent service and while I was there not a foreign word was spoken so I didn’t feel like I was being talked about. You know what I mean!)
