I requested a refund for the neurotransmitter test I did not take and partial refund for counselling sessions. I spent $ 2400 plus supplements and requested $ 1000 for which I did not receive a response. However, the owner sent me a «compliment» with an article attached insinuating my review is fake.
I do not think my request was unreasonable. I tried to find a middle ground where neither of us lost money. I understand they had expenses for the services I did use.
Just be sure this is what you want to do before committing this much money. I recommend a service you can pay monthly and cancel when you wish. Just in case you change your mind.

I have decided to give them a year commitment and will update my journey and progress. So far the supplements are quality and recommendations are valid and helpful with positive results.

SlimGenerations promises weight loss based on your DNA. This is a bogus claim. I’m sorry to admit I believed the info on their web site — including the newsclip. The Irving consultant works out of an exam room belonging to a pain management physician. They try to make it look like this doctor is involved in your case but there is absolutely no relationship which is very deceptive. It took 8 weeks to get my DNA test back. Meanwhile I was given a «diet» which was basically the same stuff Weight Watcher gives you. When the test results finally came in I was told I exercise too much and should only work out at a 108 heart rate which is a light intensity stroll. If you know anything about fitness, you know this is WRONG! I was also told not to weight train. Also WRONG! The «consultant’s» objective is to sell you overpriced supplements and so called protein flavor packets. In the course of 2 months, the consultants were switched out twice. These charlatans prey on people with low self-​esteem because of their weight. It’s shameful. Do NOT waste your time or your money.
