(FRISCO LOCATION) I stopped by Style Floors after a day of visiting big box stores for carpet. The staff was immediately helpful, they were generous with allowing us to borrow carpet samples and took their time answering questions. I was a little surprised that the price at the big stores did not include carpet removal, furniture moving, and pad. The price I received from Style Floors was all inclusive and at the end of the day, we bought a better carpet cheaper than we would have at the box store.

I had floors installed by Style Floors a year ago, and after paying $ 1400, their installer not only didn’t do a carpet-​to-​tile transition, but didn’t pull up the footboards before installation, so now all of the baseboards have grout on them. It doesn’t look right.
I had to escalate to get the carpet to tile transition done. Now that it has been done, I can feel tile separators (those little plus-​shaped things) under the part of the carpet that was transitioned. Horrible work.
