How do I give a negative rating?!? I asked to have 2 inches cut off and when Kasra started he took a first cut of almost 3 inches. I wasn’t that upset at first but he started pulling my head to one side and then didn’t level it out on the other side. When he asked if it was ok it was off by over an inch from side to side. I asked him to even it out and he ends up cutting another inch off. It was still uneven and a disaster. He asked another stylist to «check» his work and she had to cut another half inch off to clean up his poor work. 2 inches off ended being close to 4 – 5 inches and I’ll have to go somewhere else to get it even. KASRA IS HORRIBLE! I know it’s a franchise but I’ll be calling corporate to file a formal complaint. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First the smell of the place hits you. That should’ve been a hint to leave but giving the benefit of the doubt and the fact this was a haircut for a kid, we went ahead with a cut. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had to pay for. I asked for a longer scissor cut and the first thing when I sat down the elderly man grabbed the clippers and started cutting my son’s hair. My son wanted it kept long on top and just cleaned up in the back. The guy butchered his hair on top-​bangs long, middle of the top short-​crown long like wave across the top. The back where he clipper cut it was very uneven and when I pointed it out, the guy told me I didn’t know what I was looking at and it was not uneven. I asked him to cut the tufts of two inch long hairs he missed around the ears and he got attitude. I had to ask twice for him to fix it. My son has a new hairline around the back that is a lot different than what is naturally there. The stylist just kept raising the hairline until he fixed his crooked mess. My son left crying because it was not at all what he wanted and school’s about to start. It was my mistake to go there and I will never give them another opportunity to do this to my family. RUDE AND SUB-​PAR!

Had my haircut and some gray blending done yesterday and I think it looks great. Wife agrees

I used to go here all the time, but they seem to have lost their good stylists. I just get the simple male scissor cut. Don’t cut my ears off; get the left and right sides even; part in the right place and that would be 5 stars for me.

If I could give a negative star I would! worst haircut I have EVER had. and I’ve had some doozies. I will post some pics. The Russian lady rushed through my haircut. even though at noon I was her first and only customer. she couldn’t be bothered. after it was over I could see in her face she had botched it so she quit the small talk took my money and pushed me out the door! my layers are crazy off. you can pick up a section of my hair and see a good half inch difference. this isn’t just one small section either. Its my WHOLE head of hair. I’m SICK to my stomach. I should have trusted my instinct and RAN it of there. I didn’t expect a miracle for $ 20 but I didn’t expect to look like a crack head attacked me either.
