We were served COLD liquid refried beans with our breakfast. Had to ask for better ones, and they were. Restroom was disgusting! Love Taco Cabana, but those two things will cost two stars!

One stars should be reserved for places that are just beyond saving or spending your money at. This is definitely one of those times. We went for lunch today. The cashier(older lady) was completely uninterested in answering any questions(I simply wanted to know why I could order shrimp tacos but they couldn’t do a shrimp quesadilla: answer… there’s no button for shrimp quesadilla) and ended up ordering a steak quesadilla with pico. Food came out quick and instead of steak with pico I got a cheese quesadilla. No biggie. I brought it back and asked them to fix it. Waited ten minutes while my Manchild’s food got colder. They brought it out and it was THEEXACTSAMEONE I TOOKUP. They didn’t fix it, they just brought it back. Again I took it up and showed them the receipt for a steak quesadilla with pico. They said«Ohhhhhh. That’s what you wanted.» I watched as instead of making a new quesadilla, they(without gloves… same chick who is cleaning tables) pry open the cold cheese quesadilla, dump some meat on it and hand it back. No pico, but by this time I didn’t care. I said no, pointed out she had just messed with her hair and then picked up meat and wanted a refund as I wasn’t eating that. I left without food. Won’t be back.

Disappointed in the management in this restaurant. I usually, eat at Taco Cabana quite often for breakfast or dinner. This morning however a white heavy set man was working the front clearly one of the location upper management. I told him my order, I would like 3 chorizo taco and a small water the total came up to $ 5.50. When it was my turn at the drive thru window, I let them know the total should only be a little over $ 3.00. As you, can imagine my surprise when they were charging me a beverage combo for a small water. Umm. I left when the person said, you may have a cup of water or bottle water either way the price is $ 5.50! Taco Cabana are you guys so busy that you can afford to treat your dedicated customers that way??? If your not making money off the $ 1.00 taco take the off the menu! Or maybe get a management team that understands customer service. For example, the handicapped gentleman that goes above and beyond for your store location. He is absolutely wonderful!!! Good Luck, From a former customer

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. My husband and I go decided to get breakfast, the most important meal of the day everyone says. The Hispanic girl working the drive thru, Naomi, who has the worst broken english, proceeded to take our order. STEAKTACO w/cheese. Not too hard, not to simple of an order. Well she never repeated the order back, matter of fact the price was a little«iffy» due to not being able to understand the brokeness and language barrier. We happily pay and receive our order, pull away and check the order, it’s WRONG! We ended up with BACON tacos somehow. So politely we pull back thru and explain to the lady(Naomi) what we ordered and she proceeded to argue«I repeated it back bacon to ju and ju said bacon» we expressed that she did not and we would like the order corrected as we specifically ordered steak and would pay the difference. Then she proceeded with«I dunno we don’t have steak for ju, no steak» tried to refuse to take the bacon tacos back as we had to basically force them back in the drive thru window before she would take them. Finally, she said she would just put the money back on our card for the tacos. I would have been happy to pay for the drinks but she refunded the entire amount. Sadly the moral of the review is, repeat the order to the customer, don’t have items on your menu that you don’t serve and don’t try to force bacon to someone who ordered steak. But most importantly can we get someone who speaks English and does not argue with the customers.

Used to be a good place. It’s been a few years since I’d been. This place is utter chaos. 3 – 4 customers walked out or got a refund due to wait times and mistakes. Got my refund and left

My husband and I ate here a couple of nights ago. I sometimes go to the drive thru. I believe I will not be doing that again. I am a former food manager, and I was shocked. This was 2 hours before closing and the salsa bar was already broken down. The dining room was filthy, so was the drink and condiment station. They were out of forks in dining room, took five min to get someone to speak to me. Must have watched five people walk by and look at me. The food was cold and greasy. The crew member who finally got me a fork was sitting in dining room playing on phone. I hope he was on a break. It’s been my experience that if the front of the house is dirty the back is terrifying. Sad to say I will go to Taco Bell from now on.

Taco Cabana is a staple in my Fast Food Tex-Mex rotation. I am a Bueno Head, but this is my second favorite. All the items are made in house and taste fresh. As you walk in you stand in a line and wait for a friendly cashier to take your order. After you pay they give you a number to take to your table. Since they are making your food and it is not sitting under a heat lamp it will take a few minutes. I LOVE the chicken flautas. They are not greasy like many other establishments that I have frequented. I always get them with tangy sour cream and creamy queso. My son loves the steak quesadilla. They also have their famous salsa bar. it includes roasted tomatillo sauce, avocado cilantro sauce, Salsa Crèma, original salsa, sliced jalapenos, diced onions, and lemons.

When I walked in, «Lynn» was at the register and rolled her eyes. After an awkward silence I asked if I could order. She didnt answer, so I ordered, and ahe responded. Despite Lynn having a hatred of customers, all went well.

Not sure why the review here are so bad. We were warmly welcomed as we entered and they took our order quickly. Our food was hot and fresh and took less than 10 minutes from the time we ordered. Our order wasn’t perfect, but when asked the team made it right and apologized. Food tasted great!

This location plays the greatest game! It’s called«Give the Customer ANYTHING but What They Asked or Paid For»! Good times! Adds a lot of fun and mystery to dinner! If you are one of those killjoy types that wants to eat what you want to eat — stay away from this location. It’s a crapshoot as to what you will leave with. I guess the real mystery is why I’ve let them do this to me all three times I’ve been there.

Please corporate office help us! These three restaurants in the 75070 area code are really bad. Poor employees, crappy food, worthless managers, not taking care of the salsa bar. There are too many fails here to be exceptable! Nobody from my family will go to any of these 3 restaurants. They all FAIL! TACOCABNANAPLEASEHELP!!!

Great place to buy a box of breakfast tacos on Sunday Morning. They also have cheap beer«happy hours». Sometimes after work I will sit and use their free Wifi to do emails — and drink beer for a few bucks. This place is great.

This place is disgusting in so many levels. I don’t know how it still operates as a restaurant. Do not waste your money on this kind of restaurants. Food is cold, they don’t make it fresh, and it tastes bad. If you want real Mexican food go to a real Mexican restaurant not a chain restaurant. Save your money and your stomach. Also, they are racist if you support that, then you’re living in the 19th century.

Just saw a video of the way they treated some paying customers making them wait and without the request of the customers packing their food and asking them to leave the premises because they were about to close. I also saw Taco Cabana’s sorry excuse on social media where they still refuse to accept their mistake and keep calling it a misunderstanding and continue to defend the attitude of the employees saying that there was no discrimination involved and that the staff was simply following normal procedures as the store was about to close. Although what you guys did makes me sick to my stomach, I can’t say if there was discrimination involved as I was not present but from a customer service standpoint, what you guys did to these hard working customers has not excuse! If you are about to close and still don’t understand the value of customer service and wait a few min until they finish their dinner(I believe the customers came in about 20 min before closing, is not like they walked in right at closing time) at least you let the customers know right away that you are refusing dine-in service so they can decide whether they should order and take it to go or take their hard earned money and business elsewhere. You don’t just take the order(wrongly), take their money, and make an executive decision to wrap it to go and then ask the customers to leave so they can eat on the sideway on a cold night. How is this customer service from a business standpoint? But most importantly, how is this humanity? I travel quite often to Texas for business and I also have family, customers and friends there and none of us will ever set foot on your establishment. Not in this or any of your other locations.

Bad Service! They asked a couple of men to leave the premises because of their clothing(work clothes). They wanted to dine in, but were kicked to the curb with their food. Ended up eating eat in the floor outside the restaurant. NOTNICE!

If i could give it a 0 i completely would and its not that i dont like the food because its good, but because they are racist here… the kicked out several men who came in and purchased food and not only did they not get their order correct, they were asked to leave the premises because of their clothing(work clothes) mind you these guys work in construction so you can imagine… THISISNOFANCY restaurant and their money is as good as anyone else’s, these guys had to sit outside in the parking lot to eat their hot meal on a chilly night… this is so wrong in many ways! HORRIBLEEMPLOYEES&HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

My first and last time I will be here. I ordered the street tacos. They were just okay. I did not like the beans. I asked if I can exchange them for refried. Nope they said they would have to charge me and that next time I need to tell them before I order. Awful customer service.
