The Venue at Stonebridge Ranch

I lived there for two years, there maintiance is average, but they replaced my air filter once in two years. There office staff can be snobby and there over priced on there rent. For the space you get on a apartment!
It’s a relaxing and safe complex to stay at. If you want to pay more for less room!

Have lived here 2 years and no problems

I would give this 3 ½ stars if I could, but rounded up because I have no major complaints.
I stayed here for the 3 months in the summer during 2007 for an internship in the area. I had a great time here! The rent was very reasonable, the apartment (1 bedroom 1 bathroom) was spacious, with modern appliances. Plenty of privacy and the neighbors were respectful and private.
My only «concerns» were the ever crowded and somewhat small pool area. Given the temperature during the summer and the number families that live on sight, I can’t complain too much about this. The weight room was okay, but the equipment was dusty and some of them didn’t work. Also, there were mad spiders on the balcony, which wasn’t very sturdy so I never went out on it.
Management was friendly and available. All in all if you are looking for a good deal, stay here, esp on a short term basis. If you are looking for something long term, you could probably find a better value because the cost of living is so reasonable.
