I have been living here since August 2014. It used to be a nice place before the complex has been sold.
Since then it’s started to become pretty bad. The maintenance service, which was outstanding, became very bad. If you open a service request, even an emergency one, you may have to wait weeks until someone shows up! That’s not acceptable at all!
They have contracted a company to pick up the trash and they do what they want. Sometimes if they don’t like the way you tied up your bag they will just leave if right there inside the trash can. And if you complain about it the property management will say «they are very picky». It looks like they are doing me a favor instead of collect monthly the trash fee.
Be careful of this property and if you have another option go for it. We are about to build our house and counting the days to get a heck out of here!

We really, really wanted to love this place.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Regency at Stonebridge Ranch. We have had maintenance issues from day one. They generally take a WEEK to get someone out for repairs. The entrance gates are usually broken. They do not enforce picking up dog poop, so beware walking on grassy areas!
The staff is nice enough, Saturday brunch is decent, and there’s ample parking around our apartment. We haven’t used the workout room nor the pool area.
We cannot wait for our lease to be up so we can move. We should have realized when we signed: you get what you pay for. They were cheaper than other complexes, and that should have been our first indicator.
