Wingstop

Love Wing Stop and have been to many locations. This location by far is the slowest and seems to only always have one or two people working with people waiting excessive times. My 20 min order turned to 60 mins again. I think next time we will just consider a wing order Togo from Hooters or KFC.

Love this place for a wing fix. They have good prices and are convenient. I had six wings, fries and a drink for under 10 bucks. I personally believe they have about the best fries, fresh cut and a big serving.

Wingstop is fine as a whole, but the manager at this location, Tio, is the biggest dick you’ll ever meet. Shorted us a bunch of wings, brought the order back and he called us a liar and said it was impossible. Well, Tio, apparently you can’t count – but can you read?

I had a coupon didn’t say you needed to print it. They wouldn’t take it, the girl did t even read it. Follow the rules of the coupon

If I could give –five stars I would. They messed up on my order then was told I needed to bring them back and Stephanie the asst manager told me she’d GIVE me the lemon pepper that I originally ordered. How is that possible when I had to give them back the messed up order? Does she not realize that’s a swap? Obviously she doesn’t care about customer service. I think if you’re in the food industry customer service should be your number one priority. The correct way to handle this situation would be to refund me my money for the messed up order and give me my correct order and I’d be a happy customer. But I will now take my business else where. Not that they would care.

Customer service was really good. Restaurant was clean. I just couldn’t get over how salty the chicken tasted. I used to love Wingstop. Not sure if I will be back. Just didn’t enjoy the food.

So my issue is when the store opens. If you say 11 AM, please dont open up at 11:30 AM even if its a Saturday. Not good for a franchise like this. Never seen this occur before with any other Wingstop I go to.

Never had a bad experience with wing stop. Always hot, fresh and never get my order wrong! Plus they are generous on their sauce :)

Very good wings and good service. I really liked the Cajun wings. I asked for them extra crispy and they were excellent.

Really great staff and after ordering from this place over 20 times, they have never gotten my food wrong. The fries are delicious, the wings delicious. The Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor is out of this world, give it a try.
They remember me when I come in now so pickups are fast.

Meh… This location does not represent the brand very well. It won’t deter me from other Wingstop stores, but I can’t really recommend this location.

This location is close to my house and I like to treat myself on Fridays. I always get good service and the people working here are always nice. Wing Stops are pretty consistent and this one is no exception. Like many locations, this one is cramped and can get tight during lunch. I just went to the restroom and it was very clean. Bonus!

We ordered family order for dinner and it was delicious. All the favors are good, especially the mango favor. The soda drinks here are good, especially the coke. The fries are really good, the only bad thing is that when order to go it doesn’t taste as good as eating there. The only bad thing about Wing Stop is that when you’re paying with a $ 50 or $ 100 bill they don’t have change. The only bills they accepted is $ 20 & under. This place have good chicken wings and fast services.

This is my favorite wing sauce in McKinney. The only draw back is the new location is very small.

Used to love this place and I still love the fries and the rolls and ranch but the wings are lacking, they are always overcooked and find either bone or fat constantly, the prices have always gone way up. Got an extra star due to rolls, ranch and amazing fries

On vaction from California, I had to have my weekly wingstop stop. Decided to treat the family to delicious wings! but the price is wrong! They are .50 Cents in California! Texans are getting ripped off! Staff was friendly though, store is clean no other complaints. Keep it up but be consistant please Wingstop!

Best wings in town. They make every order fresh so call ahead and save the wait. Original hot boneless or lemon pepper classic are the best. Ranch is handmade too. Legit.

I love Wing Stop and I can’t believe I wasn’t aware of this location because it’s actually on my way home from work! I was able to call in and place an order and they estimated 30 – 40 minutes until it was ready, I knew I’d be there before that but I figured I’d just wait. When I got there about 20 minutes later my food was already prepared!
I appreciate that this wingstop moves quick, the cashiers are really nice, the interior was clean (although just FYI there’s not a ton of seating space so at lunch time on a weekend, you may struggle to find a seat). They just lost a star because we had ordered a side of carrot sticks but they gave us carrot and celery together. We were kind of bummed but the rest of the food was awesome!
My favorites are the louisiana dry rub and the lemon pepper, husband also likes the teriyaki!
Don’t forget to check out their family meals even if you’ve just got a couple of people together, they’re often a much better deal than buying individual meals and you get the same amount of food!

Food good but what happened while there is the reason for review. The manager/​owner is very rude to his employees & seemed very unhappy. He treated the girl who rang us up like she was an idiot which made us all uncomfortable. overall bad experince
