Kiehl’s Since 1851

I was first introduced to Kiehl’s though Equinox (my health club) which only usues Kiehl’s products in their locker rooms.
When I first went into their store front I loved it. All the employees wear lab coats, and they have a completely unique feel to their store. Its half like being in a laboratory and half like being in a trendy body product retail store.
They have an excellent line for men, that is more approachable for the male consumer, and my ex boyfriend could not get enough of their facial toner for men and facial moisturizer for men.
Their hair products are also top notch, and I never experience the «burn out» you get after using hair products over and over.
Also their grapefruit body wash is one of my absolute favorites.
The service at this location as always been awesome as well, and associates are always happy to let you try products and suggest the perfect product for your needs.
If you’re looking for a change of heart– or change of moisturizer– try Kiehl’s.

Kiehl’s is seriously the best brand of skin care I’ve ever used and I’ve used plenty (philosophy, Jake Black, Clinique). I am a frequent shopper here at Tysons location and the staff is amazing.

Great customer service and sales assistant staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in the products. They were also patient with my bf who kept asking all of the same damn questions over and over again.

I went into Kiehl’s not expecting to walk out with anything. I had briefly heard about the Midnight Recovery Concentrate from a friend and didn’t think much about it. To be frank I was having a pretty rough day. There was a pimple the size of a third eye on my cheek and I really needed a pick me up. I did not want to purchase any acne related products because I don’t necessarily have acne (only once in a blue moon does a massive pimple sprout up). Theresa approached me and asked me if I had any questions. I initially asked about pore targeted products and she recommended a few. Afterwards, she left me (to my pleasure). I like it when associates approach me to acknowledge my presence but let me freely roam around the store and look at things at my own pace. If I have a question, I will ask!
In the end, I went with two products completely unrelated to acne or pores and Theresa noticed. She gladly gave me samples of products that she saw I had initially picked up but ultimately decided against. I love that she was super observant without even disturbing me! The samples were all a good size which allows you to use them 2 – 3 times. She even asked me if I wanted more, but I politely declined. Theresa included two acne targeted samples and I’ve been trying them out. There were residual bumps near my hairline and to my surprise, they have cleared up! I didn’t think they were acne to start with so it’s a great plus! I’ve been using the two products I purchased (Midnight Recovery Concentrate and Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution) for a month now and I can honestly say they have been great investments.
You thought I was going to end my review there right? Nope, not quite yet. Today I came home and noticed I received mail from Kiehl’s. (I had signed up for their loyalty program and had entered my name and address into their system) I opened it up and it was a hand written note from Theresa! I have never encountered something like this before. It’s such a sweet sweet touch! She asked if I have been enjoying my products and left her number in case I had any questions! Kiehl’s is amazing and so is their customer service! I’ll definitely recommend their brand and this particular store if anyone is looking for a pick me up!
