After spending over $ 60 on two pairs of hose my wife and I were disappointed when she put on the first pair and the toe immediately split. Never even getting to wear them we returned to Papilio with everything including the receipt. They denied us refund, exchange, or even apologies. The woman at the store just kept repeating ‘they don’t allow refunds or exchanges unless unopened’ and was unwilling to help further. Never shop here as their product is cheap and they have no interest in satisfied customers.

The product is expensive but cheap! The pricey pantyhose I purchased ripped the 1st time wearing them, when I returned them(they were $ 40)! I was told the store policy DOESNOTREFUND, store credit only and the product must be unopened and never used. The young girl who worked there repeated the same sentence when I asked for a manager, a policy on paper, she just repeated herself & asked if she could help me pick another pair. This store/company does not care about customer satisfaction or product quality… what a joke!
