I went in this Swatch store to have a vintage collection watch looked at because the hands weren’t moving properly. I was pleasantly greeted by Ketrale who took care of my watch that day. She was very excited to see the watch I brought in because she’s a collector herself. Needless to say, she put her best effort at figuring out how the watch is supposed to work, and carefully she replaced a special order battery for me. Ketrale was very courteous, attentive and kind! 5 stars!

I just walked in and took my old Swatch for a battery replacement on a Tuesday evening. The guy put in a new battery, got the watch ticking again, and was able to buff out the majority of the scratches on the face in less than about 3 minutes. He was also pretty knowledgeable about the watches on display, and was showing me the updated versions of my old watch after I inquired (not sales pushy at all). I think the battery was 8 bucks or so, but the cash register wasn’t working correctly, so the manager said don’t worry about it. I tried tipping the guy in cash for his work, but the manager said again, don’t worry about because the video cameras are watching and that he would just write it off. Great customer service. Thanks guys! When I am ready for a new watch, I will definitely be checking back in with this place.

Went to this store to get my battery replaced and was pleasantly surprised at their fast and courteous service. While I was waiting I chatted with one of the employees who I think was the manager, who told me about their selection of watches and why I should buy from them. Left the store with a great impression — will definitely be back!
