I bought a watch 2 weeks ago from this store. After I went home I noticed one of the watch pins was broken and was split in half. So I went back to the store and they tried to fix it but they got the pin stuck inside. They told me the only way to fix the pin is to send it to company and if I send it they may charge me money to fix the pin. I think I shouldn’t pay for their mistakes and they should fix my watch since they’re the ones who broke it.
Oh also, the person who broke my watch was the manager. And she didn’t seem like she knows how to work with watches.
