Jessica the Manager is completely rude, inept and brainless.
I would rather drive an extra 7 miles to go to Reston Town Center where Cristina, Claudia and the other, don’t know her name and the stylists are extremely nice, patient and have 100% customer service. DONT GO TO TYSONS. Don’t ruin your day!

One of the Manager’s from this store (Freddie) is completely rude, unprofessional and extremely condescending when talking to customers. I will never return to this store again. Would rather go out of my way and shop at any of the other Bebe locations. He really needs a lesson in customer service because he lacking basic manners and politeness.

Great staff. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. Sounds cheesy, but it is true. The staff is actually dedicated to making your shopping experience here pleasant. The guy who works here is really nice, I want to be his friend. They offered to order things for me from the website and kept me apprised of new shipments which is something some stores are not aware of or won’t tell you about for some reason.
I came in here just to look and I picked up a few things. This store is probably one of the bigger bebe locations in the area. It is well stocked with items featured on its website and they are always having new styles roll in.
They also have a decent sale section with a variety of sizes. Some of the bebe clothing depending on the fabric is sized differently. They also make suggestions on matching outfits and sizing. Great location. Definitely my go to bebe location.

I love shopping at BEBE in general, but as you know, service is going to be different at every location. I was shopping for a particular item I saw at BEBE in California. I went out to Maryland for a wedding and searched from Columbia Mall, Annapolis mall, and finally wound up in Virginia at Tysons. Needless to say, anytime you see something, you need to get it on the spot. I didn’t wind up with exactly what I was looking for because every location was sold out, but I can say I LOVED my service at the Tysons location. The new Manager Dereka was above and beyond helpful in suggesting alternatives to the item I wanted, she was extremely patient with me, and I loved how she was able to work with me, style me, and still handle the other people coming in shopping as well. I just wish I could bring her back to Cali with me so I can always have that level of service.
