Absolutely unacceptable.
Customer service is the about the worst ever. I bought my long fur and it started to fall apart the first winter I had it. When I took it in to be fixed, they still hadn’t taken care of it a month later. I went to pick it up because I was concerned that it would get misplaced during their renovations. Now a year later, I asked them to repair it, which they said they would do after I paid my cleaning balance.
The coat wasn’t even cleaned! Wouldn’t they have made me pay for the cleaning when I picked it up? Of course. But they didn’t, because it was not ever cleaned! True customer service at this point would be to throw in the cleaning anyway for my inconvenience. Their coats are not quality and clearly customer service is not their priority. Stay away!
Oh and to add to my review…
It was the «new» management that I was speaking to after the renovations. They clearly did not want to take on the previous managements problems. My advice is…
The new management may be great to purchase from now, you are giving them a sale of course! But how will they treat you down the road should you run into issues with your fur?
