Papaya Clothing

Eeek! How many spin offs of Forever21 are going to find their way into Tysons I? I went in here with a coworker to pick up lunch. She also wanted to grab a pair of leggings to put under her scrubs because it was a really cold day.
We figured this place would be cheap– and for the most part it was– but the clothing was in terrible condition. The shoulders were obviously at different heights on the sweaters and blouses, the leggings and rights were visibly different lengths and widths, and seams were falling apart all over.
I could see buying these clothes for possibly teenagers who may be rough on their clothes or growing quickly, and therefore going through lots of clothing. I would also keep in mind that all of these fashions are very small– and therefore not completely appropriate for a younger person. Otherwise all of the clothing in this location at least is not worth the 20 $ for ill fitting pants and blouses. If you could get something on super sale and only planned on wearing it once (perhaps on vacation) then it might be worth it.
