Results 5⁄5: 160+ cuts, 13+ years not one mess up. nuff said
Experience 5⁄5: She cuts, she talks to me in chinese and then massages my hair. even does a little up-​do for me. All in about 20 – 25 minutes. No rush and I don’t consider that slow.
Value 5⁄5: it is very hard to find a stylist you trust and is consistent. I have followed Lucy for 13+ years and she’s never messed up my hair once. that is over 160 cuts. she bats a 1000 and as long as my hair is still growing I will go to her once a month.

The place is spacious with 6+ stations and a waiting room in the front and a facial room in the back. Lucy is my stylist and the owner of the salon. She washes, cuts, and colors my hair. She is patient and meticulous and a perfectionist. when she give me a hair wash, She massages my scalp and is so thorough. I could fall asleep. The downside to her perfectionism, however, is that I can’t be in a hurry. It is really for someone who is willing to spend half of the day getting pampered. Regardless, my friends always complimented me on my hair color and cut. The price is more expensive than hair cuttery but cheaper than upper scale salons in tysons. if you consider the attention, time, and quality I think it is right on. And I heard that Lucy’s other specialty is men’s hair cut. And from the previous 2 reviews, it seems true.

If you are a guy with impossibly straight Asian hair, go here and see Lucy. It is a full service salon, that will cater to the ladies. However, I can’t speak to those services.

Finding a barber you trust is hard but Lucy is awesome! I’d give the full 5 stars but what do I know about hair coloring and perms?
