Horrible staff.
No help in the fitting room and women at the register are rude. They wear a smug look for nothing ! Sometimes you have to have a kid with you. The staff there is anything but warm. If you must, leave the kid behind ! Oh, one more thing — they are good at doling out fake smiles which you can tell from a distance !! :))

The only reason I came in here is because my female friend was looking for pants. Staff was really friendly to her and helpful. I observed that the line was very slow and I thought they didn’t have a lot of selection, but then again, I’m a guy.

Either you are a fan of Ann Taylor Loft or you’re not… but if you’re a fan, the staff at this ATL is definitely super nice. Sure the person working the dressing room would rather choke you then help you, but the staff working the floor and definitely the cashiers are all super friendly and ready to help you with a return or exchange.

Though most ATLs are basically the same there’s always a few minor differences. I don’t think I’d give any ATL anything below 3 stars unless something really terrible happened while I was there. This one gets 4 stars because it has a larger selection than many other ATLs.
The only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is because the staff in the dressing room wasn’t helpful. I was a bit confused if I was suppose to wait for the room or just go in. After a minute of standing there and the lady ignoring me I just went in.
But yes, overall great shopping experience.
