Don’t ever buy a house from miller and smith they are horribly built and fall apart quick they don’t honor warranties and its painful to deal with them and at the end you will pay for repairs you get mp where my advice don’t buy from them

Horrible builder. Very unusual floorplans, very badly built. Most of the homes in my neighborhood had tons of problems with roof leaks. As it turns out most were missing flashing. I was told by a roofer that one dormer of mine was installed 4″ too low and would have to be raised to have space for flashing, but he installed some high tech stuff instead. He also said that under the eaves a squirrel could run into the attic without even ducking his head. The floor in the master bath developed a soft spot next to the shower, and when I took out the shower I saw there was regular drywall under the shower tile (not even green board). Built to hold up till closing and maybe the first year but that’s about it.

We perched house from miller and smith they sold me floor which is up great it is peeling after 2 mounts later. counter top it is not Mach Granit. all work it is done very chip after 2 years later house fooling a part I would not recommend buying a house from miller and smith ever again.
