Zero star if possible. Very unprofessional staff. I made an appointment. I went there and was told that they accidentally scheduled me to a different location. I made another appointment. I went there and was told that the masseuse is pregnant and not feeling well. Why the hell they did not call me ahead of time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I will NEVER return to the Burke location. The CMT massaged the sides of my breasts almost skimming my nipple. He barely touched both sides of my vaginal area as well. I felt so violated and froze through the massage. I could not say anything in fear of my safety because it was only he and I in the office. So I endured and acted like everything was fine. I wasn’t sure if I was over reacting or if my feelings were valid. I get weekly massages between 3 other locations and neither of my CMTs that I regularly see ever touch me in any way that makes me feel so uncomfortable. Once I got home I went online and found a 2013 complaint filed against him for touching a female’s vaginal part as well. I hope this review will help future clients. I wish I had done my homework prior to making an appointment with him.
