The tasting room in down-​town Mac is almost understated… had I not already known about it, I wouldn’t have picked it out «off the street» as there are so many winerys on the same block to choose from with bigger & shinier tasting rooms.
Lumos wines — and their tasting room experience — are truly everything great about the Willamette Valley. The wines capture the essence of the place beautifully and the tasting room was gracious, unpretentious, generous… and so fun!
They share the space with a chocolate-​maker so the smell of chocolate was an added bonus but the real stars of our afternoon there was the very sweet «volunteer» lady who was working the tasting room to help the owners who were at a large event out and the very delicious wines she was pouring.
I so recommend putting this little tasting room with the wonderful wines on your to-​do list for Mac!

Excellent organic Pinot Noirs – some of the best organic wine I’ve had. Loved the Chocolate bar too! Great service… very friendly.
