One girl working, 25 minutes later we have our coffee. Not a large line either. She needs training to be faster for sure! She had to write our order down to remember it. The coffees were really good though!

Tried out this coffee house for my first time. I loved my pumpkin spice latte, very creamy. However, the woman who took my order was not very friendly. She was a bit snippy and kind of rude. Other than her customer service, the coffee was fabulous!

The coffee isn’t bad, my basic americano’s only flaw this time was that it wasn’t light iced as I had requested. It’s too bad that the barista puts off the vibe that she hates her life and that you are nothing but a nuisance/bother. On my last visit she forgot the whipped cream & caramel sauce on my latte– argued with me before I told her to forget it and drove on my way. I guess the ky upside is the service is decently fast/as long as you don’t mind dealing with a snobby attitude & leaving with a drink you didn’t want.

Visiting from Nashville, and I’m originally from Chicago, I have heard a plethora of stories about the ubiquitous nature of coffee shops in the Northwest. In addition to its ubiquity, I heard how it tastes so much better in the Northwest. And man, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, mostly because of the acidity and the lack of effective caffeine, in my case. And then someone mentioned«White Coffee», a drink with less acid and much more caffeine. I was amazed at how it didn’t really taste like coffee and how it can come in various delicious flavors. The ladies who make this shop functional are polite, personable, and might I add, they’re all pretty *wink*, and they really know how to perfectly produce your coffee.(I just had to continue with the ‘p’ adjectives :)) The home where I stayed, graciously bought Northside coffee for me every morning and I think I have to come back here whenever I’m back in the Spokane/Mead area again.
