First time I have ever complained about Starbucks, but the Mebane NC Starbucks needs to get their act together. Staff is not friendly, coffee seems to be watered down, slow service. I have been a Starbucks fan for over 10 years, and again, this is the first time I’ve complained!

Nice newer Starbucks(built in 2015). It seems to primarily serve drive thru customers but can seat about 25 total inside. There is one big community table with 8 seats.

This Starbucks in new but they have been open about 3 months now, so they should have worked out the kinks by now but they haven’t. The staff are rude and slow, the drinks are usually wrong or poorly made. The drive through line is one of the slowest I’ve ever encountered. I had a couple bad experiences when the location first opened and hadn’t gone back in about 6 weeks, over the Christmas break I went twice and was disappointed to see no improvement.

This is the best store ever, everyone is so nice and even though the store is new and there is a lot of learning going on they do their best to deliver coffee with love, especially Amanda Fahey

I love the space in this Starbucks. It is very open and I also like a good history lesson on coffee through art. A couple of call outs– 1) needs a tad bit of organization. Stoppers were placed near the drive in window(but it could be they have more customers in that area; nonetheless it should be on both ends. 2) drinks should be labeled consistently that could also ease customers asking«is this my drink?» I ordered a café latte with no foam. It was decent.

The woman who took my order was a bit rude. The barista who made my iced coffee(I mean, easy!) made a huge mess with it and gave me the cup anyway. The reviews say it’s pretty new so maybe they just need more experience!

Everything is good except there is no paper towels to wipe my face with and to wipe my face I had to use toilet paper this morning

Brand new and a lot of learning still to go. Iced tea was very watered down. Sandwich we ordered was taken out of oven when done heating and left sitting on counter. Standards, people! I have worn the green apron. It is a demanding job but consistent high quality is why people are willing to pay the price.

If you’re a local(Mebanite); don’t do it… don’t endorse this over-roasted, over-priced, corporate smear on our town. Sterile would be the best descriptor of this establishment. It is devoid of character, soul and every redeeming quality that one would want in a coffee shop. You are filled with an overwhelming sense of blah and greeted to dark, slate chalkboard-covered walls… Don’t get me wrong; It’s a fine stop for tourists, transients and other né-er-do-wells but it hits way too much of that Bell curve to be a viable option for the discerning townie. Pass right on by, don’t fight the Intersection of Doom and Dismay(I’m Trademarking that one). In five or less minutes, you can be downtown, your mind at ease… unencumbered by the noise, hustle and ill-mannered I-40 ilk that will keep a place like this going. There are far more rewarding and soul-enriching options north of the tracks that put your money back into the community rather than lining another corporate office. Make a more sensible and locally responsible decision; leave this place for the outsiders…

Brand new Starbucks in Mebane, convenient when meeting the ‘rents from Raleigh or popping into the outlet mall. Also nice to not have to deal with the nightmare that is the Sheetz parking lot to get a coffee. The staff was really friendly, but you can tell they’re having a hard time keeping up with demand. Several associates were bringing cases of milk from Walmart to use, presumably because they had run out of their own. There’s a drive thru also, which is a bonus.
