We have an old Pennsylvania farm house with ancient door locks. My son locked us out of one of the bedrooms. The lock was a very old skeleton key. It was pretty complicated because the top latch on the lock is not operated by the key. And, of course, we have no keys for these doors. Robert Ratkaj, the owner of B & R came out. Bob was persistent and professional. It took him about an hour and fifteen minutes to work it out but he successfully got the door open.
And the thing I am the most pleased about is that there is no damage to the lock or the door.
