Cold basic food didn’t have much flavor. Hibatchi grill was mediocre. We had a table of 20, we even called ahead almost 6 hours ahead, and we had to moved tables ourselves so we could be accommodated. Definitely will not be back again.

The employees would stand in front of you when you’re trying to get food, which was cold anyways. They tried to seat us at a dirty table. All the fried food tasted off. Kids had their hands in the chocolate fountain. Couldn’t get the check for about 15 minutes. Go somewhere else.

Very good food. Service was better than many Chinese buffets. But the price is too high. $ 16 dollars for dinner not including a drink. $ 14 for lunch again very high.

It’s always exciting to visit a brand new restaurant. I visited this place twice since it opened in January. The décor is modern with a gigantic recessed lighted wall which changes color. It’s very spacious. The placement of foods is different(U-shaped) which is refreshing. The selection of dishes is vast but usual, oh except the marshmallow fondue which was a nice surprise! I also liked the pork chops, the red borscht soup, and the golden sweet and sour fish fillets. Lunch buffets are great value without question, dinners not so much so. I am very happy that the West Shore finally have some descent Asian buffet restaurant of our own! I used to have to drive all the way to the East Shore to visit one of Jumbo Buffet, Lin Buffet, or Hibachi Grill Buffet. There were some botched previous attempts by other buffet restaurants, but I am hopeful that this one sticks due to its proven track record on the East Shore. 4 stars for on par with expectation. I’d give 5 if they had included some more authentic dishes instead of the usual.

Best Chinese buffet I’ve ever been to so that gets 5 stars but our waiter stole both of my friends credit card info and tried spending over two thousand dollars at an Apple Store in philly… will be returning and paying with cash

Huge variety of low-quality food. Despite the large empty space betwee the buffet tables, the workers had their carts on the outside, where everybody was trying to serve themselves, and wouldn’t even pretend to try to get out of your way. There was nothing on the dinner buffet that you don’t see at lunchtime, so I don’t understand how they can justify the extra $ 5.40 just to eat after the sun sets. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either and certainly not worth going out of your way for. There are much better restaurants in the very same shopping center so I really don’t see myself returning.

One of the best buffets I’ve been to, everything is very fresh. Clean and very friendly staff

Meh. Yes, it’s a nice space. Yes, things are presented well and look fresh. But how does it taste? The clams were big and meaty. Unfortunately they were way overdone and dry. They were sitting in hot water, which contributes to the overlooking. The water was also not salted, so the overall effect is like chewing on tasteless, tough, rubber bands. The crab legs were hot, but they, too, were tasteless. They also were the type that when you cracked them, all the meat was left behind in the shell, requiring you to dig them out. Hot and sour soup had a good bit of heat from red pepper flake, but not much flavor. The coconut shrimp, however, was very good. Lightly fried and lightly coated with sauce. Yum. The General Chao’s Chicken was also tasty. It could have been crispier, but I do understand that fried foods held on a steam table will lose crispness. But it wasn’t bad. I also had a few mussels with a hollandaise like sauce on them. These were also yummy(and not overdone!) They do have the standard selection of pizza, mac and cheese, etc. It all looked good, but I can’t vouch for the taste. My daughter thought the cheese sticks were meh. They have beautiful sushi and a hibachi with attractive offerings. But the thing I learned here is that looks are definitely not everything. Price. I had thought the price for kids was too high at $ 8.95. For adults it was $ 13.95. I think if you eat more than a few plates you’ll get your money’s worth. We probably won’t be back… I can get much better food for the same price elsewhere.

Finally!!! A good Chinese buffet has opened on the West Shore. Everything the previous reviewers wrote is true. One potential caveat: I’ve heard it’s not uncommon for a new Chinese restaurant to serve top quality food just long enough to get established. I hope the owners maintain the current standards unlike the Evergreen II Buffet down the road. Pretty good when it opened; but now it’s a dump.

I must say, Im impressed. There hasnt been a good hibachi buffet near here unless you travel all the way to Jonestown Rd. I went at a later hour and thought for sure it was going to be bad and old food sitting around but it wasnt. I got the hibachi which is really worth it. And a few other items that were really good as well. The dessert is the best part with a seriously big variety of ice cream. The staff is really nice and inviting. Even the waiter came over and played a game with my son. Overall Im so happy to have this place close by.

I know this is a newly opened place, but my husband and my daughter and I went here on a whim after seeing the new signs. We were very surprised by the great selection of food and elegant atmosphere. We were also pleased with the price. The sushi and seaweed salad were excellent.

This place really exceeded my expectations. First, it is HUGE! It is by far the largest Chinese buffet that I’ve visited on the west shore. It’s in a rather nondescript location, at the end of the Karn’s Plaza in Hampden Township. Don’t let it’s exterior fool you though. It’s very nicely decorated and clean inside. The buffet features many of your standard Chinese buffet fare; General Tso’s, teriyaki chicken, crab rangoons, lo mein, etc. It also has quite a bit of American food, as well. I typically shy away from the filler pizza and chicken strips, but some of it looked really good. Their mac n’ cheese was seriously amazing. It wasn’t the artificially orange powdered cheese, but real, creamy, cheesy goodness. There was a pretty big selection of various salad fixings that I enjoyed. They also do a hibachi grill and sushi section. I didn’t get a chance to try the hibachi because there was just way too much to try in one visit, but I did have a few pieces of sushi. While I wouldn’t come here exclusively for the rolls, they were very acceptable for being on a Chinese buffet. I really liked that they had a variety of sauces available, and even kimchi! My only small disappointment was that the chinese donuts were a bit hardened, but everything else was super fresh. They kept things very well stocked. I didn’t see an empty dish and it was quite busy for nearly 3 P.M. I didn’t make it to dessert but I really liked the way they presented their selections. Instead of a massive glob of pudding, they had cute, little individualized cups. The service was good too. No complaints there. They periodically came to pick up finished plates in a timely manner. I expected this place to run a little steeper for being so nice, so I was surprised when the bill came and it was only $ 25 for 3 adult buffets. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this place and it will likely be my go-to choice in the future.
