Hour long massage given at the school. It’s cheaper if you get it done by a student than a «professional»(who look like they’ve just graduated or recently graduated) but if you go w/a student, make sure it’s when they’re close to program’s end so they already have some experience! My massage was OK — 1hr long by a professional; I said to use whatever pressure was appropriate for how my body responded but that I usually liked deep tissue. It was the 1st time the head bowl — where your head goes in for them to do back body — wasn’t used. Not sure if he forgot or didn’t think it was necessary but I just kept my head to the side while laying on my stomach. It was distracting but I didn’t say anything b/c I wasn’t sure what was going on. I liked that he gave me a good foot massage but there wasn’t a head massage component. Not sure I’d go back; it’s «cheap» comparatively speaking but massages are treats you don’t want to pay for that’s only adequate. I’ve heard from others they were very happy w/their experience though(my Mom & her friend both go to the same girl who’s a professional & works there).
