Zeiderelli’s Pizza

Was in the neighborhood and wanted pizza, ordered a small Margherita pie, delicious, and this from someone who just moved from NYC.

Rude, rude, rude! Called to place an order was told 45 minutes after and hour called to check on status, was rudely told «I told you 45 — hour» wow! Then we get our order after a hour and it was wrong never again! I don’t even want to give a star!

Wow, stay away from this place! Walked in around Noon and asked for a burger and fries. I heard the guy say «start the broiler!». 30 minutes later, yes 30 minutes later I got my burger and fries.
Honestly I was nervous about all the «rules» signs they have everywhere. Anyone who’s that anal about every little thing is NOT customer service oriented. Their staff could care less that I was sitting there for so long waiting for my food.
The burger was ok, the fries were pretty lame [soggy and limp]. Seriously, find another place to eat trust me.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and sausage/​pepperoni slice. The chicken was so dry it was inedible. the crust on the pizza was still doughy and the sausage fell off the pizza. Not impressed at all. I would think twice before ordering delivery.

Visiting the family and craving Italian. Loved that this place delivered, had a fantastic menu and online ordering app so thought we’d give it a try. We ordered a margarita pizza, chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs and butter and garlic noodles for my picky son. Everything was delicious! This place is the real deal. I would order extra sauce next time with the spaghetti and chicken parm because they give you such a huge helping of noodles! Aside from that, the food was tasty, the side salads were fresh, the bread was the real Italian loaves that I love made from the pizza dough and the pizza was so flavorful with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. I will order from here again and highly recommend. Oh and the garlic butter noodles melt in your mouth! Bonus… the delivery person showed up 15 minutes earlier than estimated and was super friendly!

Our office orders food from Zeiderelli’s once every few weeks. They have tasty pizza, tasty wings, and good pizza specials. We typically get the 2 large one-​topping pizzas for $ 19.99, which is ample food for 8 of us. In fact, we had a few slices left over. We’ve also ordered the $ 39.99 two large one-​topping pizzas plus 40 wings special but we typically end-​up with 30 wings left over so now I stick with just the pizzas. Online ordering is very convenient. Delivery is fast and the food is hot and ready to be devoured!

Pizza was very run of the mill… good for the value I guess… but not good enough to put up with the employees. They were miserable and not very personable. All of the annoying «rule» signs pasted on the front of the building should’ve been a red flag.

This was our second time ordering from here, and the first time experiencing their delivery service. I ordered our food (a cold sub, wings, and cheese fries) and was told about 45 mins. Our food arrived over an hour after I placed my order. The wings were over cooked and dry. The cheese fries were cold and soggy. The only thing good was the cold sub! I’ll give them one more try, but definitely won’t be using their delivery service.

Great pizza, properly prepared toppings.
Sauce has a nice zing.
The house Stromboli, Z-​boil is great! Love the touch of grilled ham and american cheese.
The garlic sauce add on to the pizza is worth the 75 cents for crust dipping.
