The worst customer service I have ever seen. I worked in retail for several years and if we acted like the associates at this store we would be let go immediately. It’s ridiculous to have to call a store asking if something is available just to be reconnected to a department that won’t answer the phone and be sent back to customer service enough times that they hang up on you, to drop allllll of your work and go to the store to find that in that first department, the associates are standing around texting. Good to know where the customer stands!

Bought a dishwasher on Black Friday and arranged for installation. They dropped the new dishwasher and refused to install it because we have«copper pipes.» They never said that before the purchase now we have to pay more plus deal with the inconvenience of no dishwasher. This is our second bad experience with Home Depot appliances and shoddy installation. We’ll never buy Home Depot appliances again, even if they’re better priced.

A short review of this Home Depot but a significant one. Home Depots are usually ghost towns. Tumbleweeds strolling gently along the aisles. Perhaps a turkey vulture in the sky, circling death. The only sound you hear is the sound of your own footsteps and the occasional page over the intercom. Not this store. I walked in and started looking for tie downs and I was approached by 3 employees through my walk to the aisle. All asking me if I needed help finding anything. I also walked by the check out lanes before I gathered my items and was greeted with a warm good morning from a cashier. Customer Service… in a big box store?! Unheard of… too bad this isn’t up in the DMV area.
