The CD player on my car stereo broke down. Although Diamond Audio has a variety of models and prices, I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t need or want. The opposite occurred. I was shown a few units that were similar in features to what I had and were among the lowest priced. The installation was complete within an hour. I was shown the features of the unit before I left. I hope to never have to, but I would gladly return to Diamond Audio. I recommend them highly.

These guys are great! They installed my new stereo in my car, showed me how to sync my phone up to it, made sure it worked before I left. They will definitely get more business from my family!

Dan and the gang at Diamond Audio are by far the best in town. Very knowledgeable sales and installation staff, great demo rooms to listen, and see, exactly what you want to purchase. I would trust no one else in town to install stereo components in my car other than Diamond Audio.

You want customer service, these guys are great! I had my car alarm installed here 7 years ago. It’s a clean install at a nice price that has worked flawlessly ever since. Yesterday while traveling and 250 miles from home I set off the alarm, then tried to over ride it and shut it off with the ignition key, causing the engine shut down switch to kick in. The system worked exactly as it was supposed to but it had been so long since the install that I forgot where the hidden reset button was and of course that is when the key fob battery decided to die.(Actually the dead battery is why I set off the alarm in the first place.) After messing with it for 15 minutes I called Dan who spent at least 30 min. on the phone helping me to find the reset button under the dash. He also explained about the dead battery in the fob being the easy solution so while I searched for the reset I sent my wife to a nearby WalMart for a battery. It all came together at the same time with me finally finding the button and my wife returning with a new battery. In the meantime Dan had stayed on the phone with me, never getting peevish about the time and had even gone so far as to send a picture to the phone to show me what the switch looked like. I don’t need anything from Dan’s store but I’m going in there in the next week to thank him personally and I’ll find something I «need» to buy. In my book customer service doesn’t get any better than this!
