Terrible service slow employees out of stock on new items. There location is the only thing keeping them in business. The manager is doing everything possible to get things done in a timely manner but his employees are so under trained or just in component that it’s a constant struggle. Avoid if you can

Oh dunks, love your stuff but you it’s the employees that really make you shine. This dunks unfortunately is still a piece of coal at the bottom of a trash heap on mars. Nerd fact —(I picked mars because they have the lowest gravity in our solar system thus never allowing the piece of coal to be squeezed by intense pressure to turn into a shiny diamond.) I don’t live near this dunkin donuts at all. Let me tell you how my drive through experience went. «Hi, can I purchase one of those… special olympics. refillable coffee mugs for 99 cents promo things?» «Refillable mugs?» «Ya…don’t you sell refillable mugs?» :muffled asking of manager: «Oh yes we do!» «Great! Can I have the one you can refill for 99 cents until february 28th?» «Sure! We have a silver version or a patriots version.» «I’ll take the… silver one? Thanks» :proceed to order coffee to put in mug: Long story short I liked the mug, went home to PROVIDENCE, next morning tried to get my refill. «LOL thats not the promotional refillable mug! That’ll be $ 2.50 for the refill!» Drove back to F’in medford that weekend. Talked to the manager, she doesnt know what special olympics mug I’m talking about. Luckily the GM who runs 5 stores is randomly in the store, an employee goes over asks him about it. I save time and go over and explain everything. He says it must be a franchise thing he’s never heard of it. … –_– O rly? You run 5 stores and you haven’t heard of a nationwide promotion by dunks? Do you know what a coolata is? Did you know that you guys sell donuts??? I go back to the register, the GM says I can have a 99 cent refill. I tell them thats nice and all but I’d like to return the mug since I live in another state and though it would be great to drive over an hour for my 99 cent refill everyday its not worth it.(Didnt actually say that) Manager says its been used and she cant take a return. I told her of course it’s been used… I was lied to into thinking it was the promotional mug you refill for 99 cents… «I’m sorry i’ve never heard of that mug, maybe it starts end of february?» UGHHHH. Googled a pic of the mug on my phone and showed her it. Anyway I argue back and forth about how the employee sold me the wrong item so i’d like to return it and buy the promo mug at a real dunkin donuts. It was a no go, filled up for 99 cents and will never be back. I am in the area every other weekend, guess I’ll have to figure out what stores the GM owns so I can avoid them. Thank you for stealing the dollar I donated to the Special Olympics Dunkin Donuts. Keep going strong.

I try to avoid going to this Dunkin Donuts if possible, but it is right across from where I work on Friday mornings so out of laziness I end up there. The service is slow. I have been waiting close to 5 minutes for someone to actually be behind the counter to help me. Most of the employees are working on the drive-thru orders rather than the line in front of them. WIthout a doubt there is always a line of people waiting in the morning — which doesn’t usually happen at other Dunks. I have had my order wrong at least 1 out of 3 times I go there. The hash browns still tasted frozen, which is always disappointing. I have to mark down in my phone a reminder to not order them from this location.

Drive thru usually busy, but when I went today I was going just to try out their new frozen icetea, and the machine was out, so I was kinda bummed…
