I don’t do fast food very often, if ever. Stopped here on a whim one day after shopping and maybe it was because I hadn’t eaten McDonalds in 4 years, but my goodness was it good. We got the value meal that had going; a double cheeseburger and a small fry for $ 2.50. And it was honestly amazing. Super fresh and the fries were so hot I burnt my mouth once, maybe twice(however I’m not complaining one bit). Ended up going to a different McDonalds a week or so later and the food was blah. A few weeks following that I returned to this one and the food was just as amazing as before. Extremely consistent in their food and the employees are super nice. They definitely know what«extra ketchup» means. My only reasoning for 4 and not 5 stars is that I’m confused about what happened to the menu. As previously stated, it had been a while since I hit up any McDonalds but I thought they had a pretty sweet dollar menu? If they did, its pretty much nonexistent now. You get what you pay for and what you pay, in my opinion, isn’t bad for how great these employees make the experience & some bomb dot com cheeseburgers & fries.

Went here on a drive home from Portland to San Francisco. I ordered a mcgriddle and a hashbrown. They made us pull over to the side along with 6 or so cars waiting for their order. An order came outside and they walked up to the car and said is this yours. My boyfriend was like what is it? And they said I don’t know check. I was appalled. It took us 15 minutes for fast food. It was ridiculous. Never stopping here again.

Just meh. Lackluster employees. I’ll preface this review that I AMNOT A FANOFDRIVETHRU restaurants. I much prefer face to face interaction. This McDonald’s reiterates the reason why. I’m not sure where basic congeniality has gone in fast food(although I imagine service times and management pressure are behind it). What ever happened to «welcome to McDonald’s, how may I help you?»). Experience, pull up to drive thru ordering microphone/speaker, «what can we get you?», «I’ll have your total at the first window», «that will be $»(no thank you, no have a nice day, no smile). seven and a half minutes later(with no other cars in from of or behind during lunch) my two hamburgers, two fires and chicken nuggets were handed through the window with a «here’s your food» from an equally lackluster employee.

Good service but WiFi was horrible even when the place wasn’t busy.
