To me, a lab like this should be designed for quick in and out service. They should not take appointments. I waited for a pre-​employment drug screen. Something that should take 10 minutes tops. Why should I have to wait 40 – 60 minutes to drop a pee sample? It should be first come first serve. Its not difficult to help patients as they come and its fair. The appointment structure probably ruined their service. Most people don’t know you have to make an appointment. Just my opinion.

I used to not make appointments and would have to wait an extremely long amount of time. However, I have since started making appointments and am seen in a very timely manner. Sometimes I need to have my blood drawn while lying down and they have never give me a problem about it. Everyone there has been very kind. Not great for walk ins unless you have a lot of time, but fantastic with appointments!
