Extremely expensive. Got my pink and white refilled. Not only did my fingers hurt for 2 days, she was so rough w the drill. I’m on my way to another salon to have them redone. Terrible job. Don’t waste your money.

Julie is excellent! I always go to her for pink and whites and I leave very happy every time. I’m very picky and particular with my nails, she always impresses me :).

I have been going here since I was a teenager. Moved away, found not a single nail salon that could compare in quality of service and expertise of technicians. There is not a single nail technician in this salon who cannot execute a fabulous manicure or pedicure. French is always done to perfection and all colors last! Tina, Julie, Vivian, Eva, all of these women are better than any technicians anywhere. Hands down.

I’ve always been happy with my mani/​pedi at Riverside Nails. The salon is clean, up to date and the massage chairs work well. Cuticles are always cleaned up nicely and nails are shaped well. The only downside is the nail polish selection. Not too many options and some of the polish are a bit old so they bubble up. But overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and quick mani/​pedi, this place gets the job done.

I’ve been seeing Tina for YEARS for my mani and pedi. She is so often booked I’ve built a love for many of the girls here. Definitely a hidden gem.

I’ve been to this place quite a bit solely because ultimately they do a great job. HOWEVER, the average wait time has been 30 – 60 minutes, with or without an appointment. If you call ahead for a time that day they say, yes! Sure! Then you wait 45 mins without anyone acknowledging you. I made 3 appointments for myself, mom, and sister a few days in advance– we waited an hour. It’s ridiculous and inconsiderate, and I won’t be going back.

ZERO STARS… I was robbed… Riverside Nail couldn’t even do a proper polish application the tried quite a few time I might add. I left with my pocket 40 $ lighter as well without my nails polished. The place is dirty I had 4 different girls rush me thru my 2 hour mani pedi (see the irony in that statement). DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE… STAY FAR AWAY

My very first experience at this place wasn’t really satisfying and it was about 3 months ago. Last week I was in desperate need of getting my nails done and I said let me try this place one more time. Even though, I had to wait like 45 mins because they were really busy, I was very happy with my manicure. They all look so professional and most of their clients are old customers who have been going there for years. So looks like my first experience was only a bad coincidence because second time when I went there the lady who did my nails before wasn’t there. I think you should give it a try and I’m sure you will like it

Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Felt rushed when they gave my manicure at the same time as my pedicure. Both massages were close to non existent. Manicure was nice and lasted a couple weeks. They’re expensive.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Even though this place is convenient for me to get to I would rather find somewhere else. I am that type of girl who finds a place and goes back consistently. Based on the service I received I will not be returning.
My first experience was ok. On my birthday I treated myself to a get manicure and spa pedi. It was a bit pricey even though the service was a regular treatment. My second experience was terrible now that I look back at it. It was my first time getting acrylics. I told the woman would did it. She completely took advantage of the situation. Looking back at it she skipped steps while doing my nails. I ended up taking them off after a few days due to pain. Instead of filing underneath my acrylic she left it to cut down the time, It was a pain to get off.
I also go my eyebrows done by someone who did not know how to do them.
Basically this place will take advantage of you if you don’t speak up. They will not be seeing me again nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

i was really unhappy with my experience at riverside nails. my sister and i had 10 o’clock appointments, and we were seated quickly at the pedicure massage seats. my sister’s appointment started right away, and about 15 minutes into waiting for mine, i noticed that there was scum floating in the massage water. i called out for some drainage, and nobody apologized for the disgustingness.
about 10 minutes later, i asked if i would ever be able to start my appointment, as i had been waiting 25 minutes. finally, someone came over and began the long process of trimming my nails, massaging my legs, and applying lotion. i was getting very bored and impatient, and as of about 11 o’clock, not a drop of polish had been applied to my nails or toes.
they finally got to painting my toes, then led me over to get my nails done. the woman started trimming and clipping, and trimming and clipping, and this lasted for a while and it was becoming uncomfortable. i told her that was plenty of trimming and clipping, but she shrugged and kept going. finally after an agonizingly long time, she decided that was enough and began to apply the gel manicure.
i walked out of the salon 2.5 hours later, $ 55 poorer, and with a manicure and pedicure that i was not all that excited about. there were little pieces of the gel attached to some of my nails that i had to scrape off later, and within 24 hours my fingers and cuticles were completely shredded and i still have skin peeling away a week later. this was not relaxing or beautifying in any way.

I really like this place!!! I have been coming to Riverside Nails for a few years. I have always been pleased with their service!

I go to Tina and just love her. She is sweet and does a marvelous job, takes her time and pays attention to detail. She has given me beautiful french manicures even when my nails were short. Ask for Tina at riverside nails!

I like this place, they do a $ 35 mani/​pedi. I got a gel Mani ($ 25) and pedi ($ 27) happy w the quality of both and the ladies were very friendly! Only complaint was the hand massage was very short w the mani but the pedi massage was good! (it was done by 2 different women) Will most likely be my new go to spot in the area!

DO not go here! How many places are just like this one only 100% better… MANY best advice is to just stay away!!!
They «yes, yes, yes» you to death and then do not listen to a word you say, its not worth it and there is no parking. GO to medford center or salen street for the same prices and much better quality
