As much as I enjoy looking around at Toys R Us… that’s about all I do anymore is «look around.» I love that they have old school 90s Power Ranger action figures, however, they never have the full set of them. I’ve only seen Lord Zedd and Kimberly (I realize this isn’t the store’s fault, I know it has a lot to do with the organization between corporate idiots that have no clue how to ship merchandise to store).
Also, I collect horror toys… by that I mean I will spend a lot of money them. I mainly collect classic horror, which they used to have a large selection of! Now I rarely see them and when I do they only have 2 out of 5 of the figures there.
A big positive is that the sales associates are very nice and they always ask if I need help with anything, if I do then I’ve found them to be very helpful.

I love TRU. I feel like a kid again everytime I bring my kids in here. My husband thinks he’s a kid everytime we come in here. There is a great selection even though the prices are a little high. I try to always use a coupon everytime I go in here. You can find toys here you can’t find anywhere else.

I buy christmas and birthday presents for my niece and nephew every year here! They always have a way better selection than Target, Fred Meyer and Walmart! Prices are a little high but not by much. Also they sell movies and video games. This is a great secret place to go when a new gsme console premieres! Everyone else sells out! ;) shhhhh

Not sure why everyone is hatin’ on Toys R Us.
The Medford TRU is well stocked, clean, and competitively priced for a brick and mortar retailer (they do have actual overhead expenses).
If I have any complaints at all it is that the employees hover, kind of makes you feel like they suspect you of shop lifting. Note to management and staff, attentive yes, hovering no. :D

I agree that prices can be found better elsewhere but having the wide selection is their strong suit. It’s called toys r us, not cheapies r us. Love taking the little guy there to kill some time. Clerks and salespeople have always been super helpful… Going outta their way to look for a certain character, toy, etc. Going here reminds

The toys r us in Medford on Biddle rd I am fed up with. We bought my son an 80 dollar huge remote control truck for Christmas, and we bought the warranty on it. We the cover for the batter was lost somehow. So we contacted them OVER A MONTH AGO, and we were suppose to get a new product 2 weeks ago. Well still nothing. So my husband called today and was told that because chinese new year is being celebrated in china that we would have to wait until after the 15th of Feb. REALLY? very bad customer service, We didn’t buy the warranty to be screwed like this. I don’t recommend buying toys at this toys r us, especially if it’s something you get a warranty on.

TRU is a great place to take kids to see what’s new in toys. But, go elsewhere to buy. TRU has always been overpriced and lacking in customer service. Sadly, this location is no exception. One thing that appeals to children is the ability to try out new games/​game systems in the store. However, these are usually «not working» or turned off. And, the clueless sales clerks never seem to know how to get them to operate. Once I was checking out (I actually found something on sale and was willing to buy it here) and the cashier seemed to have her attitude on. Well, I tried to ignore it. But, when she gave me the receipt and didn’t even bother to thank me, I called her on the offer of a free gift card if I wasn’t asked to purchase batteries. OMG! She was pissed and showed it. The supervisor was worse. Sorry, I probably wouldn’t have done it if she hadn’t been so rude. Take your business where you will get more for your buck and a nicer reception!
