Wendy’s

We will never return.
We arrived @ 12:15 on Sunday afternoon. We went inside since we weren’t in a hurry. We got in line behind three other parties. As we were waiting, the cashier was taking orders and in between she was filling orders. As she filled each order, she was apologizing for the wait. She was having difficulty managing the front by herself. One customer, a man, was rather upset. Another customer noticed it and called the manager over. The second customer said, «I’m gonna beat that guy up because of what he said to her (front counter girl)». I couldn’t hear what the manager said, but come to find out the second customer was the managers son. (I don’t remember money changing hands for his food.)
We ordered our Jr. Deluxe cheeseburgers with extra pickle and lettuce. Did we get it? No.
I ordered a baked potato with chives and sour cream. Did I get the sour cream? No.
My husband ordered a small fry. Did we get it? Yes, but it was stone cold.
The buns were cold and kinda stale. The cheese didn’t melt because the meat and bun were cold. The baked potato was overcooked. The only thing that was good was our Frosty. I would have expected all our food to be fresh and hot since it was busy.
I also heard the manager say, «If you take fries and don’t put more down, I WILL write you up!» Being written up for not putting down fries? All the while running the counter by yourself on a busy Sunday afternoon? And there were, what appeared to be three people working the drive-​thru, and the manager was filling in there too, but not trying to help with the front. The cashier seemed to be oblivious to the statement, but I guess that’s a good thing.
Everything was piss-​poor. I like Wendy’s, so it will have to be another one in town we will go to, despite the fact this one is closer.

We went in there for a quick snack to settle our stomachs so we could continue with our busy schedule but when we went to order a medium fry, they didnt have any cooked. By the way it was lunch time. It was a 10 to 15 minute wait. We didnt have he time so we went over to natural grocers thats right next to Wendys and they had a really good sandwhich there and it was healthy.

The other Wendy’s in town seems to be better. Everytime we eat here they mess up our order and the food doesn’t seem very fresh. I would head to the other WENDY’S in town. They must be managed by different people.

Got two meal burgers and they said we had to pay for the sauce for them? Can’t even get one, we have to pay for them completely? Mmmm. Okay? And the manager have us an attitude. Great managers. My husband likes there food but I hate there service we never go back. Thankfully the younger generation gave us sauce with our big meal burgers the last time I gave in for my husbands cravings. Thank you Younger generation.
