Kenny’s Flower Shoppe

Had somewhat of a love emergency on my hands and the crew at Kenny’s came through.
We live in Napa California and my wife Beverly traveled back east to take care of her cousin who had a brain tumor removed. She was supposed to come back Friday but since her cousin still wasn’t cleared to drive, we decided it was best if she stayed a bit longer.
This Valentines was somewhat special since it was also our 20^th anniversary. I made plans for a nice dinner in San Francisco and, of course, flowers.
Well, plan A obviously did not work out so I went on the Interweb to see what I could find. Quite frankly, I’m a shop local whenever possible kind of a guy. That and the positive reviews leaned me towards Kenny’s.
I called a bunch of times trying to figure out how and when to get the arrangement delivered. Everyone I talked to were pleasant and patient on what had to be one of their busiest days.
The arrangement floored my wife. Her exact quote when she called after getting them was «what, did you spend like $ 500 on that?» (I didn’t, their prices are reasonable)
Bottom line: They saved the day. We will still have our celebration here in California when she returns, but they made the day memorable and special.

Kenny’s Flower Shoppe in Media is the best florist for miles around. They have been my go-​to florist for years now, during which time they’ve been presented with a wide range of floral challenges. They’ve always come through with what I wanted, but far more beautiful than I’d imagined. Once again, this time for my son’s rehearsal dinner, Monika listened to me, knew what was needed, and presented me with 14 lovely small arrangements. Everyone marveled at how such simple arrangements could add so much to the overall atmosphere of the evening. Thank you again, Monika!

I was planning on doing my own flowers for my wedding to save money. My attitude about the whole thing was «eh, nobody ever remembers the flowers from weddings anyway, so what’s the point?» Five weeks before my wedding, I realized that I was not up to taking on this challenge, even in the haphazard and minimalist way that I planned to attempt it. I desperately hoped to find a florist able to work within a relatively limited budget on short notice. Luckily, Monika was able to help. I sent her a couple pictures from Pinterest and said, «Something kind of like this?» and then I got SUPER INTO the flower thing and kept emailing her up until a few days for the wedding asking for more and more flowers and bigger and bigger arrangements. She repeatedly said «sure, no problem!» and just went right along with all my requests. Then, when my wedding day arrived, the flowers were the BEST FLOWERS EVER. They exceeded my wildest expectations. Monika had clearly put an incredibly amount of thought into every last detail. During my wedding day, i repeatedly overheard people saying that Monika’s flowers were the best wedding flowers they had ever seen. I could not recommend Monika more highly.

Menawhile, now I am all embarrassed, because a friend of mine is super-​close friends with the husband & wife team who own the place. She swears that they «Rock».
That may be so — but why would they leave the doors to their shop wide open and nobody was there? We even called out for them a bunch of times.

I would really like to give them a try — so we’ll stop back again and see if we can get better service next time. (Or ANY service at all.)

I live in California and wanted a special flower arrangment for my neice’s baby shower that was being held in Media. So i googled flower shops and Kenny’s came up. Never ordering from them before they made a AMAZING bouquet of flowers that included special bibs and booties. I can not express my graditude to you for going the extra mile for my mom and I.
