I went to W F Beardsley Silver & Goldsmith because my son found one of my favorite earrings, which had been lost for a couple of months, in the driveway. It had obviously been run over multiple times by our cars and was pretty mangled. I almost threw it away, but because it was my favorite, I brought it to W F Beardsley Silver & Goldsmith to see if there was anything that they could do. I also brought my watch for a battery replacement and a tarnished silver necklace that I thought was too intricate for home polishing. They were great! They changed my battery, fixed my earring FOR FREE (made my day), and showed me that I could polish my necklace with a $ 7 polishing cloth, even though they could have sold me the professional polishing that they offer in the store. I had such a fantastic experience there that I wanted to write a review. I was surprised to read the other review on here because I had the complete opposite experience there. Anyway, I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler.
