Yeah, I don’t know what Keith is talking about either.
I’ve been going to that office for about 3 years after searching long and hard for a new dentist. I had gone to Dental Works — which is horrible. After that, my goal was to just find a dentist that wasn’t in a chain dental group. I found one and I love it there. Rosemary is always very nice when I call and/or go in. The assistant is always very friendly and Dr. Pallen is great. In fact, I moved from Medina to the Cleveland area and still drive an hour to go to that office.

Don’t know what Keith is talking about everyone one was great. Very friendly and helpful. Looking at Keith’s other reviews it looks like he is hard to please. BBB also gives Dr. Pallen a triple A rating
